You know that saying one size fits all, well it doesn't fit all because we are all different. That's what makes the world go round.

Reflect on your situation, and take a breather if you need too.

You can be who you want, there is no specific role for anyone. Nobody says you can't do that, be the person that does that. You can do whatever role you want to do. I'm all for positive and upbeat energy, but sometimes with the light you've got to add some darkness too.

Just a podcast episode to say I'm back, and that I'm good.

Sometimes we have to dive into the deep end, and swim. Sometimes we have to take the plunge and face our fears. We are use to being in our comfort zones because that's our safe place our sanctuary. But if we want to face our fears, then we have to come out of our comfort zones and dive into the unknown. Once we've done it, we're happy and fearful because we've done it.

We have too help one another, through this pandemic. We have to support one another, build a chain of support.

We are all fighting the same storm, so let's hope an support one another.

My episode is about telling people to wear a face mask, and proving to staff that work in these shops that if you are exempt prove it. Do not be surprised if you are confronted.

Looking back at the new year, reminiscing these strange times.

Sometimes we've got to do, what we have to do. So in my catch 22 situation, university isn't right for me. I need the money so I need a job, to continue with my driving lessons and save up for a car. I've made a clear decision I'm not going to uni, and I'm not going to be continuing with my access to higher education health professions level 3 diploma. You don't have to further yourself by going to uni, you can do it without going to uni.

Change your situation, if you aren't happy about it. The only person that can change it, is yourself. You can't just sit there and expect a job to come knocking on your door and hiring you. It doesn't quite work like that I'm afraid. So if you want results, keep on being proactive and keep going.

Don't ever allow yourself to be put down, get yourself out of that situation and be surrounded by good positive people.

It's time to slow up, and focus on what you want. Detox your mind and focus on the good positive energy

So this episode is continuing with talking about racism. We need change on attitudes, and there needs to be more done. We need more equality and diversity.

Yet again another black person dies, through racism. We have too talk about it.

It's a rant about people not sticking to the lockdown, and Mr Dominic Cummings sheer scandal not justified.

We are all on our own mission in life, we are on our own personal development paths.

We do have another lockdown topic, because I feel right now I needed to do it.

Lockdown is still needed, so we need to persevere and stick to it and be patient and just wait.

Don't follow sheep, make your own conclusions. Please stay home we are all in this lockdown together. Nobody is invincible none of us are, safe from it but we can all do something by staying home and save lives. We've got too keep going.

Those imperfections are who you are, get them out and celebrate them.

Take control of the situation, take the reigns and be your own boss. You are in control of everything, you don't have put up with people who don't support you.

Its about women power, and how we are wearing the trousers,and dominating.

So you get one life, you aren't going too be dull about it. You're along time dead so live your best life.

Don't ever listen too bad people, leave them in the rubbish truck. Surround yourself with good people who have got your back. Keep on going and ignore the big bad wolf
