Medical neglect- John says they found nothing

Mom had a fractured tooth. (Upper right-side, maxillary molar— a failed root canal, it became infected- It remained in her mouth for 2 years, & the infection spread to nearby tissues in her sinus-(on the right-side, same side as the tooth of concern)The infection spread to Eman’s right-side maxillary sinus, right-side ethmoid sinus, right-side sphenoid sinus, and right-side frontal sinus.Coincidentally, ALL on the same side as the failed root canal, which was also on the Right-side.Eman started having sinus inflammation beginning in 2021.Vision changes in 2022.Memory changes in 2023.Eman still has these symptoms. My mom has never had any of these problems before in her entire life. How could Saint Jude say that her sinus infection was due to a “new dog” or “seasonal” ?If Saint Jude’s doesn’t own up to this misdiagnosis, it could cost my mom her life- depending on the decisions that her husband makes regarding how to proceed in my mother’s medical care- based off of the faulty information previously given. My mom has never had allergies to animals. She has never had significant allergies seasonally. Why was this overlooked?Once my mom began having memory issues, St. Jude’s referred her to a Neurologist. And that “HORRIBLE NEUROLOGIST” ordered imaging of my mom’s brain, and found the cause of Eman’s SINUS INFECTION- (“concern area” naming tooth #2 ) inciting her sinus inflammation. If you want proof, I’ll send it to you.
