Follow Your Curiosity with Danielle Robay

Today we're joined by the queen of questions Danielle Robay. Danielle is the host and co-executive producer (alongside Reese Witherspoon) of Bookmarked from Hello Sunshine, as well as the host of her podcast QUESTION EVERYTHING. She's interviewed some of our greatest icons (think Taylor Swift, Mark Cuban, Viola Davis, Dolly Parton, Tom Hanks, Serena Williams, Diane Von Furstenberg, Gloria Steinem...) and gathered so much wisdom along the way, which she shares with us on today's episode. We talk about the power of meeting our criticism with curiosity, how to hear the whispers that are guiding you, why failure is valuable, why being "the man in the arena" is the most courageous thing you can do, and the gift of befriending the parts of ourselves we're most embarassed of. Plus the etymology of the word desire, the 85th birthday question that will reorient your whole life, and why we're all way more alike than we are different. Danielle is one of the most thoughtful humans I know and this conversation gave me so much. Free-ish with Gabrielle Pedriani

It's our first pod from Paris! This week we're joined by Gabrielle Pedriani, publicist, podcaster, writer and "Leo" who is one of my favorite people to yap with about just about anything. We talk about why we need to celebrate different "points of arrival," how we make decisions, confidence and nuance, decentering men without cutting them out, leaning back, and how to carve new neural pathways in order to feel more free. Plus cringe, flirting with the world, and why nobody has anything figured it out. I have so much FUN with Gabby out in the world his conversation felt so fun. Enjoy! Widening Our Window Of Tolerance with Mollie Farrell Snowden

This week we're joined by Mollie Farrell Snowden — somatic practioner, nervous system educator, and integrative healer. We talk about what it actually takes to leave careers that look very good on paper, why feeling safe in our bodies allows us to navigate an uncomfortable world, the courage to own what you're good at (maybe even great at) and say what you believe out loud, and how the things that initially repelled us ended up being part of what we're here to do. You'll hear more about the coaching work we both do, why we believe in it, and what it took for each of us to get here. We're two spiritual freaks getting vulnerable and honest. This episode is for anyone looking for a little bit of courage (and a few resources) to step into the unfamiliar and new. You'll Get Everything, Just Not All At Once with Shauna Nep

Today we're joined by one of the coolest humans I know, Shauna Nep. She's an exceptional philanthropic advisor and executive director who's worked with some of your favorite artists, musicians, activists, and leaders. Basically, she's very, VERY good at her job. And still, this conversation is about everything that doesn't show up on paper. We talk about identity, boundaries, perfectionism, motherhood, and the ever so daunting process of learning to care less about what people think of you. This was the first episode I ever recorded on my couch, and I couldn't love it (or Shauna) more.   Follow Shauna:  IG: @shaunanep   Follow me: IG: @sophragir Substack: permission slip TikTok: @sophragir   Follow the show: YouTube: @LateToThePartyWithSophieRagir IG: @latetotheparty_pod TikTok: @latetotheparty_pod

How Privileged Are We That We've Forgotten to Be Brave? with Anna Malaika Tubbs

Today we're joined by Anna Malaika Tubbs, 2x New York Times bestselling author, speaker, and PhD. We talk about the importance of sharing your ideas and what it means to build a better world while still making space for people who may be "late to the party" in believing what we believe. A big part of this conversation is about growth and grace. How do we hold strong values while also allowing people the room to learn, evolve, and arrive at new understanding in their own time? How do we invite people into change rather than shame them for not already being there?  Anna, who is "inspired to bring people together through the celebration of difference," is a leader in every sense of the word. She holds some of our most complicated truths with a level of grace, humanity, and kindness that is deeply inspiring. This conversation left me with more hope than I've felt in a minute and did, in fact, break the seal on the first time I cried on the pod. I hope you get as much from her as I did.   Follow Anna: IG: @annamalaikatubbs website: www.annamalaikatubbs.com Listen to Revolution Resolution HERE buy Erased and Three Mothers HERE   Follow me: IG: @sophragir Substack: permission slip TikTok: @sophragir   Follow the show: YouTube: @LateToThePartyWithSophieRagir IG: @latetotheparty_pod TikTok: @latetotheparty_pod

I Wanna Have A Nice Time with Stevie Nelson

Episode 2 babyyyy! I'm joined by Stevie Nelson - artist, actress, photographer, dog lover, and one of my nearest and dearest. We talk creativity, dating, adult friendships, and why treating things less preciously might be the secret to making more of what you want in life. Stevie talks about how wanting to have a nice time is actually a priority for her, and this conversation felt like a reminder of why that matters. I love this episode so much and hope you giggle and learn as much from her as I do.   Follow Stevie: IG: @iamstevienelson  TikTok: @iamstevienelson website: https://iamstevienelson.com buy Pocket Mantras HERE   Follow me: IG: @sophragir Substack: permission slip TikTok: @sophragir   Follow the show: YouTube: @LateToThePartyWithSophieRagir IG: @latetotheparty_pod TikTok: @latetotheparty_pod

Early to the Party with Katie Dalebout

It's our first episode! I wanted to start Late to the Party with a conversation that dismantles the idea that anyone is actually late. I sat down with writer and longtime podcaster Katie Dalebout, who did so many of the things people think you're supposed to do "early" - built a platform, wrote a book, created a career - and still finds herself in transition and figuring things out. We talk about timelines, perfectionism, ambition, grief, relationships, and that the whole idea of being early or late is actually a myth.  This episode is proof that timelines are BS and you're right on time.    IG: @katiedalebout and @letitouttt Listen to Let It Out HERE Substack: Let It Out    Follow me: IG: @sophragir Substack: permission slip TikTok: @sophragir   Follow the show: YouTube: @LateToThePartyWithSophieRagir IG: @latetotheparty_pod TikTok: @latetotheparty_pod
