LAX TRAX Lacrosse

Over the Holiday break we had the chance to sit down with four LCC Highschool Lacrosse graduates and catch up with them on their collegiate career. Ben Beacham is a current Junior D1 Offensive Midfielder at the University of Pennsylvania (U-PENN). Ryder Ochoa is a current Junior D1 Short Stick Defensive Midfielder at Syracuse University. Tommy Bull is a current Sophomore D1 Attackmen at Sacred Heart University (SHU). Stellan McGowan is a current Sophomore D2 Defenseman at Concordia University.    

We sat down with Concordia University NCAA D2 Head coach Jesse Foss. We discuss his lacrosse Journey from Long Island New York, to becoming a California Lacrosse pioneer. 

We sat down with LA/Southbay Lacrosse icons Trenna Hill and Adam Dahms to discuss their Lacrosse journey's and how this married couple shares the love for the sport of lacrosse. 

We sat down with new Cathedral Catholic Head Coach Brian Cooper. Brian discusses his Lacrosse journey from his early days of youth Lacrosse becoming an MIAA All American  to competing in a National Championship game while at Maryland with Brother Kevin Cooper. We also talked about his move out to California after getting injured in the pro league which led to his new Journey of becoming a well know coach in the San Diego and Orange county areas. Brian is co-owner of GWB Lacrosse with current NLL & PLL player Wesley Berge. We discuss his passion for developing youth players and the important role has in elevating the level of Lacrosse in Southern California. 

We sit down and talk with head coach Adam Sear about growing up playing lacrosse in Maryland, Playing at the University of Maryland, Representing Australia in the World Games, Coaching at Michigan, Notre Dame, Stevenson, and 3D. 

We sat down and had a candid conversation with three LAX Dads and their experiences supporting their son's from Rec leagues, to club, and  recently finishing their last season of high school Lacrosse.  We also took a look ahead as their sons will head out at the end of summer to begin their college Lacrosse journey (Cornell, Princeton, Trinity, Sacred Heart).
