I hope so you all are fine and happy 😀 As it's weekend here and it's the last weekend before Eid celebration so it's time to pack some gifts and wrapping gifts if you want to give to someone. I obviously give gifts to friends and sister's when we've a get-together on Eid. Here I'm going to share a gift wrapping for younger sister. Diy Eid gift wrapping!!! I can simply give some money to the expert of gift wrapping and he can do it for me but I'm thinking to do it on my own as i can give it a try too especially when it's easy because everything I've available to wrap it. Material required!!! A small basket Simple net (any color) Thing's to fill it At first i took a basket of small size from market as every size of basket's are available in market but i choose a small size. Then i bought different snacks, candies, chocolate and different kind of jwellary like ear rings, bangle's and neck chains. I start to arrange things one by one , at first i put the big packs of snacks and then further arrange each thing in a manner. I recorded a small video of arranging thing's in it you can watch if you want. Then i made a small eid card with cardboard and put a small letter written Eid Mubarak in it. I hope so you all are fine and happy 😊 Eid-ul-Fiter is on it's way and only ten day's remaining in the Eid so it's but to shop something for ourselves to put on Eid and celebrate the happiness of Eid as it's only come once in year and we celebrate it with joy and happiness and also share happiness with others. This weekend we went for the Final shopping for Eid as now it should be complete because the next weekend will be last before Eid and on that I'll wrap Eid gifts for loved ones. So it was was a fine day and we went to khaadi for buying clothes. Here a variety of dresses hanging and some sets in the dummy's which looks elegant. We're not going to grab all as we can't because it's too much expensive. I bought one dress from here. As it's the largest and famous brand of Pakistan, so other things also arrange in a decent way which feels like a home setting done in a manner. Many artificial plants also there to enhance the beauty of Mall. On one side there's cafeteria for satisfying your hunger but it was closed at that time because of Ramadan and will open at iftar and suhoor time only. Maybe some other day i come here again and gotta chance to eat something from here. That's all what i shop for Eid. One other dress from Ethnc and for sandles i choose ECS. I also shop from local market too but for Eid i think there's should be something unique to wear as it's a festival not a regular day. I hope so you all are fine and happy 😀 We Ladies cook different tasty food in our life, i try to cook tasty food too but i never tried to share any of my simple recipe here on Hive. It's my first time that I'm going to share my simple recipe with all of you here and i hope so you'll find it simple too. White chicken Karahi!!!! We love to eat chicken and we can cook it in various ways and I'll cook it here without red spices and make it white with the help of cream. Let me share with you wonderful recipe of white chicken as it's easy to cook and then delicious to eat. Ingredients!!! 1kg chicken oil cloves Green cardamom Green chili Ginger Yoghurt Olpher cream or any milk cream Coriander leaves Coriander powder Cumin powder Black pepper powder Coconut powder Salt Procedure!!! First i wash the chicken and put it in plate to dry then i took a pan in which I'll cook this, i added four table spoon oil in the pan and also add two green cardamom and two to three cloves in the oil and give the heat of medium flame. When oil feels hot after two minutes I added chicken too in it and fry them chicken in this oil for 7 to 8 minutes. You can simply fry it in oil but i added green cardamom and cloves to remove the smell of chicken. Then I'll add the paste of ginger in it and fry it for more three minutes. Then i make a yoghurt by adding coriander powder and cumin powder in it. But at first i fry the coriander powder and cumin powder and then add a table spoon in 1/4kg yoghurt. I added this yoghurt in chicken and fry it for 5 to 6 minutes untill the yoghurt mix deeply in the chicken also added one spoon salt in it, now our chicken is fried. Now added green chilies and small pieces of ginger in it and also add one spoon black pepper powder. After that added the 200 ml olpher cream milk, you can add any cream in it which is available in your area. Then added juice of only one lemon in it and also added coconut powder to make it fluffy than add coriander leaves and cook it for just two minutes after adding these ingredients. Here white chicken is ready and now you can serve it to others and eat it with Naan or eat it alone too as it's your choice how you'll love to eat it. I hope so you all are fine and happy 😃 Last weekend it was the Basant festival in Pakistan and it's banned everywhere due to some reason on governance request and government only allowed to celebrate Basant in Lahore for three days Friday to Sunday. Basant is actually the festival in which people flying kite's with the arrival of spring and say goodbye to winter's. Basant is actually the sign that now weather is change and people come out from rooms as they're prefer to stay in room's due to winter's. One of our Aunt live in Lahore and it was weekend mean everyone has holiday so in Friday evening we went to Lahore. From Faisalabad to Lahore it's almost 3 hour's travel and we reach their at night but still our cousins arrange BBQ night and full program with music at the roof of their house to celebrate the Basant. Due to Basant festival price's of kite's were so high but still they bought some and i love this big blue kite. Being a book reader , kite or Basant always remind me Khaled hossini noval kite runner as it's the great story. We're just there to enjoy the festival but kids enjoy the most as they're dance for some minutes too. I uploaded a short video too you can watch if you want to. I'm girl belong to FAISALABAD Pakistan and it's the industrial city of Pakistan so there's no chance of snow in Faisalabad in past, present or future lol. But as i published the blog last Thursday that I went to another province to see snowfall life and it was the amazing trip of my life. Although the travel was so long of 11 hours but it's quite worthy. Witnessed live snowfall!!! I went to swat Pakistan which is in another district of Pakistan and i went there when there was snow falling. Weather was too dangerous to go there during snowfall as many ways were blocked too as i also stuck on a road due to long line of cars but i did it and i come back here safe by the God Grace. It was 5 day trip so one day we decided to visit malam jaba resort area which is like a park but now covered with snow. As it's on height so as we grow on more height we start to see snow on the roads. Here we pay our tickets to entry into the resort area for each person as they has a ticket to entry into the resort area. Everything was covered with snow, there are some swing's which totally freeze in snow but some are running as children come here to enjoy the life. I saw some kids do skating on the snow, i wish at that time if i also know how to do skating on snow I would love to do that but only those kids know it who lives in snowy area while we can just saw at them. I want to take the chair lift as it was also running, but at you know chairlift also goes to sky slowly and we can see from height, believe me as we reach at the top in sky i feel frozen over there. When we reach at the top, we step out for some minutes and there's a tuck shop with snaks and I saw fire over there so came there to warm up our hands which feels like frozen. Here It was written and feels good in covered with snow, you can see the beauty in white. It's feel like how birds can view it from the top as sometimes I also want to feel like a bird and there you go. I feel like frozen which us my favorite movie but i feel excited to saw the snowfall in my life. Mostly i take chairlift during sunny days but here in snowy weather it Hits different. Why this special memory?? Every time i saw these pictures of mine in snow, i feel like goosebumps as it reminds me how much cold I felt in those five days. As i never see it in my life because our city weather is just cold not snowy. But saw the snowfall is something else. I hope so you all are fine and happy 😀 It was in the last week when there was the birthday party of ny cousin's daughter, she's their only daughter so they celebrate her each birthday with a big get-together with family. I was also invited there. It was in the evening and they arrange the birthday party in the ground. Weather was pretty good and the sky looks beautiful, it's her ⁵th birthday so the arrangements were big too just like a grand celebration. All the set-up were under the sky which feels more good. As it's the girl's birthday so they choose the pink theme as it's mostly girls favourite color lol. I love the decorations how they arranged in three different rows and then there's a stage at the last. There's a complete set-up for sitting of guest's too on one side of the ground as there was three table assigned for the guests. I actually love the set-up which are under sky instead of having a celebration under fancy roof like restaurant. The cake was big and also it's taste was nice. As i belong to a industrial city and we never have had snow fall here as everyone knows that Faisalabad Pakistan is industrial city and we never have snowy weather here but i want to saw the snow fall. As many times i planned to go with family then dad said it's hard to drive for the long distance as he can't drive for so many hours like 11 to 12 hour's and then reach the destination. First experience with tourism!!! We mostly planned the tour and go with dad in his car but whenever I asked him to plan a tour to northern area of Pakistan he said he can go but driving is hard. So we planned to go there by tourism as they've responsibility for our travel, food and residence in the city where we want to stay. We planned to travel another province of Pakistan which is far away from us. It needs almost 11 to 12 hour's travel distance from Faisalabad to swat. The weather was pretty good as it was the last of February 2024. I was totally on break from Hive in 2024 that's why think to share this travel here in throwback Thursday community. We leave our home at 10pm and our van start the travel at 11 pm when everyone came. There were 22 people in the Van as it's my first experience to travel with those people just like a family because it's a long drive haha yes maybe very long drive. At 1am we stayed in Dera as it's near the Islamabad and we get refreshed there by eating some snack's and but it was just 30 minutes stay at Islamabad because still we need to travel a lot. I don't know where i went to sleep in van but still sometimes i woke up and enjoy some song's during travel. But when it's 6am i felt little headache as i want to stay for sometimes. It was already morning and we're still traveling and travelling. At 7am we stayed for 2 hours in Mingora which is the largest city if Swat. Finally we're in Swat Pakistan which is totally another province of Pakistan and I feel more cold there as weather was also different. In Faisalabad we've had winter's too but not too much just like we feel in Mingora. After getting refresh we went to restaurant and did breakfast there. And it's the view from outside the restaurant as it feels like it was raining here before reaching us here. But after some time again it's started raining there. Everything looks so fresh there. We started our journey again because still we need to reach at our destination. We need to reach in Behrain which is another city of swat. We reached there and finally our van stopped in front of the hotel where we'll gonna stay for next five days. As we already did a travel of 11 to 12 hour's so it's everyone personal wish if someone wants tondo some rest or explore the city. We prefer to have some rest and then go to explore the city as no hurries we'll here for five days. Rest was necessary at that moment. Wht it's so special memory?? I love travelling as I love to explore the beauty of nature but it was my first time that I travel for 11 to 12 hour's. I know we can tmdo travel by air flight too but believe me air flight is okay too but we feel more joy and pleasure in van with others as it was my first experience but it was nice. And exploring the other province of Pakistan Hits different. I hope so you all are fine and happy 😀 As obviously we all love to chicken meat but it looks more delicious when it's grilled chicken or barbeque as this add another flavor in it. And it's really cool when we've family get-together like a barbeque night. Actually this was about the barbeque night at my sister's in-laws home who arranged this last weekend and it's like a grand get-together with family and we're also invited there to have fun. It's just like a live performance lol 😆 We mostly bought it from the market as we sister's never arranged the set-up at home and maybe that's why attending this night was more then fun and i #feelgood to go there. Here, it's almost prepared and ready to serve everyone to enjoy it's taste in cool night because weather was pretty cold too but it was fine because of sunshine last week and that's why it feels pretty good. I hope so you all are fine and happy 😀 As we know that winters here and we're enjoying the weather but how we can enjoy the without drinking and eating something special which is related to winter's only. There's a lot of dishes to eat and drink in winter's. Many fresh juices can drink only in winters. Fresh Carrot and orange juice!!! I almost daily drink this juice in winters just because of getting more vitamin A as i need this vitamin for better eyesight because I've issue of poor sight. Sometimes I bought this from market but sometimes i make it at home but i drink this in noon when there's little sunshine so i can't feel cold lol 😆 because you know fresh juice's feel us more cold. I only need a machine and i took 3kg carrot's and half dozen Orange's to make juices. As i feel more Orange's can cause itchy throat because these are sour in taste. But everyone has it's own choice. At first I peel off the Orange's and cut the ending of carrots then wash each carrot one by one under tap water in order to make it clean. Then i wash the machine too and set it too and put a mug under it for pouring juice in it. Then start the machine and start to putting carrots and oranges in the machine. If i noticed that now i need to clean the machine from left over then i make it clean because it's bowl don't have enough space so it's need to clean once during process and then start making juice again. Once it's done, i convert it in jug and add one tea spoon of salt in the jug to make it's taste more better. No one from our family lives in the village so it's a rare case that i went to village. One of my university friend lives in village and she came here to study and she lived here in hostal. She's my best friend too and she oftenly invited me to her village to see the village Life. When a city girl visited to village!!! Once i went to her village in 2017 and then in 2024 i visited to her village. During my first tour we didn't go to tube well but this time she invited me to just visited the tube well lol 😆 i know it's a common thing for you who lives in village but it's just like a miracle who lives in city. It was may and weather is so hot here in may as it's summer season here. So i went to her village at 4pm as it's the best time to visit there. The roads in village are small as it's totally different from city roads. When we reached in the field's, i noticed some goat's there running and eating grass freely in the fields. I didn't go in to the field's as i was thinking what if small insects inside the field's. Ladyfinger or okra is my favourite veggie in summer but it's ny first time that I witnessed it from it's root and also i saw it's leave for the first time which are big in size. So, here the tube well was running as she specially called someone to run the tube well because it's working on electricity so they turned off when there's no need. But the water was very fresh and cold. When the sun was about to set and when sky started to become dark i think to return back to home because it's better to come outside of the village in daylight when you're not aware of many things. Why this memory is so special?? This memory is special because it was my first time that I witnessed the tube well in village as i don't belong to village so i don't know if someday in future i again visit there so it's the best memory which is the only day in my whole life. I hope so you all are fine and happy 😊 I'm currently at my end of 20's and I'm and adult of full time responsibility of morning, afternoon and evening. There's no time in a day when I haven't any responsibility obviously we all do have. But sometimes I really want to go back in past when I was a child. Why I want to go back in my childhood?? There are two major reasons that I want to go back in past or you can say i miss my childhood because of these two things. Being a lady you've to do a lot in your home too with outdoor activities. I don't have responsibility at that time when I was a kid. I only have to go to school and learn homework daily which isn't difficult for me to do as i easily learned my homework. Hahaha sometimes i want now that please give me books and allowed to me do exams rather than holding these responsibility on daily basis of cooking, cleaning and other home chores. The other reason is that now i feel tired easily, my body feels weakness after doing something, sometimes muscle stretches and sometimes headache due to overthinking on my problems of life. So i miss the childhood days when i was so energetic, i saw children's too now they play all the time but never gets tired. I wonder sometimes how they get so much energy to play all the time. Just like I've a mama cat with a kid and believe me poor mama cat have responsibility to give food to her kid and also she lay down somewhere all the day but her kitten want to play all the time, i even gets tired when I played with him but i ask to kitten too sometimes don't you get tired lol. I captured this video before his bed time, he even don't want to sleep although he wants to play with me. And after many trials and playing with him, i hardly make him sleep 😂. But today i draw it on paper and put color in it. I draw elemental earth character of splinterlands. It's my poor work Inspired from this character Qualities of earth elemental!!! As it's name show that it's the element of earth so whenever it's summoned it can be molded into leaves, mud or tree but here i draw the tree because I inspired from this card as trees are very necessary part of our earth too. Material required!!! A plane sheet Pencil Eraser Colors Procedure!!! First I start to draw it's outline with pencil but my way of draw the outline is draw dots according to my sketch and then draw outline on the dots because if i need to erase then i easily erase the dot's. I draw the rough sketch of it's body and then draw its facial character but i keep it's eyes in aggressive mood like he's aggressive if someone comes to cut it lol 😆. Then i draw the outline of leaves on it's head which gives it's the shape of complete tree. Here is my rough drawing of Elemental earth which is tree shape. Then i start the colors and i put brown color in it's bark which is mostly brown in color's. Then i took parrot and dark green color and gives the shade in the leaves according to it's requirements. Also darkens the color to give it's a more bright look. And here is it's final look. Here i add video tutorial on 3speak too. That's all for today and all picture and video belongs to me. I hope so you all are fine and happy 😀 As today is Sunday so I'm here with a little piece of creativity which I'll further use it in school but here i give it a try at home to ensure I could do it lol. Every Friday there's a creativity in classroom but principal asked to show a piece of art before do it in class as a demo. Mini ice-cream!!! I'm going to create a mini ice-cream, well size matters as we can create a large ice-cream too depending on to which grade children's we're wanted to gave. After summer vacation to diy of ice-cream is our first creativity in class to celebrate the summer. Material required!!! Cardboard Scissors Compass needle Balloon Pencil Scale Procedure!!! First I take the cardboard, I reuse the cardboard of biscuits which is just a trash at home for me. I cut the cardboard from one side. I draw the parallel lines and then draw the lines in opposite side with pencil. Then i take the compass needle and fix pencil in it, open it and mark a half circle which is 180°. Then i print the lines with brown color and fill the pencil color in these lines too. Cut the cardboard in half circle from the mark point. Twirl the cardboard in a way that it'll give the shape of the cone. Fill the air in ballon according to the size of the cone from upper side. Fix the balloon on the upper side of the cone or you can say fix the balloon on the opener end of cone. It'll drop if you'll not use adhesive glue on it. Here is my end product, i think size of my cardboard is too small. I'll increase the size of cardboard next time. I added a tutorial video of too. I hope so you all are fine and happy 😀 So, it's the festive season here too due to Christmas and due to winter holidays there's a huge crowd in restaurants for wedding. Although weather very changed here within two days as we've smog but still people enjoy the holidays. Never miss the Christmas discount!! On 25 December, due to Christmas we've discounts here on different visiting places and restaurants and i never miss that restaurant, if i skip to ho anywhere on Christmas then surely there's some other work me. I went to joy land which named as fun dunia. Visit to Fun dunia (Joy Land) We went there in evening because mostly it's lovely to visit such place at night in darkness due to lighting on many swings. It's far from our house and we need to travel of forty five minutes to reach there in car. We leave our house around 5pm and start our journey towards joy land. After reaching there, we see a huge crowd of people. You can see people can't stay at home in holidays and they also enjoy the discount because discount is 50% of on any thing. It's the entry ticket in fun dunia which is only 10Rs it's maybe 0.05$ or i don't know the exact but it's very cheap entry ticket. There are many rides here but I take only three rides because after taking three rides i feel nauseated and headache so i stopped myself from taking more rides. I got my first ride in round cup, it rotates round and round and with this round my head also feel round and round lol 😆 I don't know why children love to take a ride on it. Then I went towards the pirate ship, my homies stopped me to take this ride but I'm not so obedient in this case and i do whatever i want because i know my good and bad too for my health. Then I took the 3D motion ride, it's just watching a movie of our own choice by sitting on a chair which will move and you'll feel like you're moving in the movie. In every corner you find people even in this cold weather too just like i can't stay at home too. We've had grilled fish piece which was hot and spicy. After spending 3 hours there we come back to home and I'm happy that we enjoyed there a lot and have fun time with family and made some good memories. I hope so you all are fine and happy 😀 I miss those day when I've had a plenty of time to sit on the roof and read a book while the background music was original sound of Birds as they always there to give me a beautiful sound with their voices especially the time before sunset and observing their sound and observe them is the beautiful thing to do for me. Video description!!!! In video you can see that many lil sparrow dancing, fighting and playing with each other and they never stop for a single second or maybe i was there at that time when they've special event at their home.
