For those of you that don't know me and are curious how I ended up in Charlotte, NC.  In this episode I talk about what caused me to move, how I ended up in Charlotte and what I do now!

I have spent a large part of my life thinking I could build the perfect life and then just coast from their. - Once I had the perfect car, house, family, city to live in and career that all the building would stop. That I could enjoy this thing I built with little to no effort for the rest of my life! - Let's just say I have had a change of heart from that kind of thinking!

Believe it or not but most things are not as they seem. Another person's success story.  -  Someone else's rise to fame. These stories were curated to show you what they believe got them to success.  -  There are thousands of other things that happened to get them where they are that you are unaware of.

The internet seems to be filled with hype and hustle. Talking about the grind and wearing it like a badge of honor.  -  Some people(very few) genuinely enjoy to work and grind all day long. Don't compare yourself to them.  -  I implore you to always keep what is important in mind. Never walk away from what makes you happy just to be able to flaunt your badge of 'hustle'.   -  No one really cares how much you grind or work. They only care about what makes you relatable.   -  Very few people maintain the grind and hustling without burning out. At the end of the day all I want is for you to balance your hard work with the things that replenish you.  -  They may not be useful or even have a point but they are what makes you happy and that is all the usefulness it needs.

I wanted to take some time to talk about expenses to expect when getting into investing. This is not always the case but happens more often than getting into a deal with no money at all.  - Let me know your thoughts!

I am certainly not the know all be all of investing but I do have a few ideas to share. The most value I can add is my insights into navigating Charlotte, NC specifically.  -  I believe this perspective will hold true in any competitive real estate investing market. I would love to hear your thoughts and ideas on the matter.

I spend years in a bad relationship with giving and taking. I would give freely but be incapable of asking or receiving help. -   I never knew it was a problem until someone started pointing it out to me. This individual even took the time to explain that it was not healthy.  -  That is when I started to understand why I had this struggle and how it impacted my life.

For years I prided myself on being a lone wolf. The forger of new paths and innovation. - Only to find that I was not where I wanted to be in life. I had to step back and look at what was missing. Why were my dreams not coming to life?

In a competitive market there is no time for hesitancy. I take some time in this video to talking about why this happens.   - Listen and I will go over what the most important things to have figured out are. Once you have these things lined up you will be ready to move quickly!

With COVID-19 going on and schools trying their best to open when they can, a question has been on the rise! Do I have to pay outrageous money to live near a top rated school if I choose to homeschool instead?

It occurred to be this weekend that I have been waiting for something to kick start me living my life to the fullest. I was waiting until after I was licensed as a real estate agent to start social media, waiting for the gyms to open to get in shape, and really waiting to enjoy my life until after Covid-19. With covid-19 a lot of people have been reserved on putting their house up for sell. For this reason the supply of houses has dropped. This happening while the demand remains the same causes an increase in home purchase prices. With houses selling for more because of lower inventory for buyers to choose from, would now be a good time for you to sell?
