Live Light with Fritz
by Fritz Lensch
Live Light with Fritz is a meditation journey for a Life Well-Lived. In a world so busy and distracted, meditation is the ultimate luxury. It introduces us to stillness, and we better understand ourselves and the world. Problems can dissolve, healing can happen, and we feel alive again. We explore topics such as rest, sleep, relationships, love, work, conflict, and even physical and mental health and fitness. Each meditation is short and guided. Relax into it, but pay attention with no distractions. I trust this journey will benefit you, and I look forward to our practice together. Thank you.

A Moment of Truth to Be Guided in Your Actions
This is a moment of Truth. A pause in which to feel what’s really going on: to see our thoughts, emotions, and sensations, and what’s underneath them. Let this pause come in between your every step and every breath this week, so you can feel and be guided in your actions.

Get Unstuck by Being Honest with Yourself and Others
The invitation is to take an honest look at what is happening within ourselves and in our relationships with others. Where are we feeling stuck? To be honest is to make room for transformation. Once we can see ourselves clearly, we may become still and ready for greater action. This contemplation on honesty is meant to support you with that.

Hear Your Life Calling: Guidance to Walk on Our Path
The way of Intent is to act on our intuition – our inner guidance. For this, we need to pause and feel – not what we want, but what life is calling for. Listening and acting on this brings us on our own, unique path. This meditation provides guidance to hear the call.

Access Life Force in the Middle of the Chaos
Movement emerges from stillness. In this meditation, we access the source of energy, life force, in the middle of the chaos.

You are Not Alone! There are No Borders to Energy
Energy is not personal. Every thought, emotion, and sensation – every object – impacts my environment, and vice versa. We can feel everything; we may just not be conscious of this. In this meditation, we feel who we are, in relationship.

Feel and Direct Energy for a Purpose
Fritz shares a basic practice with enormous power – to feel and direct energy through the body. This is where we begin to interact with the force of nature.
-

Enter another Dimension: Discover Energy
This is an invitation into another dimension. To feel the energy that makes up reality. We discover Intent as the force of Nature – needed to make meaningful moves in our lives.Actions no longer need to be based on effort to achieve goals, but on feeling and acting on truth in each moment.
-
9
Lose your Goals, Feel the Truth of each Moment
In this meditation, Fritz goes deeper into Intent – not as a goal, but as the ability to receive and act on Truth.Hear all the noise and listen beyond to what’s really true.

Fritz Introduces INTENT as an Intuitive Action
In this excerpt from the series on Intent, Fritz introduces Intent as an ‘inter-action’ – an intuitive action. To walk with Intent is to walk on our own path, as opposed to acting on will, which inevitably copies the ideas of our upbringing and culture. The practice of Intent is to be in tune with this moment, to feel the deeper truth, and act on this every step of the way.
-

Build Trust from the Inside
Build Trust, not in someone or something, but through deep, Inner Knowing and Acting on Truth. Every time we do this, we build Trust in ourselves. It’s an act of Intent, which is the topic of our next series of Meditations.
-
6
Intent is to Act on Intuition
We can’t separate Intuition from Intent. Intuition is to hear Truth, Intent is the willingness to act on it. In this Meditation, we build our energy to tune in with Intuition and act on it. This is a continuous practice, not a magic solution. See if you can continue to listen beyond the noise into silence, where Truth reveals itself. Then act on what you feel-perceive to be true. Don’t resist the call. Just do it. In this way, we learn to trust inner knowing and perception.
-
5
Purpose is Natural, Not a Project.
We tune into Purpose in this Meditation. Not as a project, but as the pure feeling-perceiving of aliveness. Bring attention to your every action for Purpose to reveal itself.

Stand Still, In the Centre of Attention
The intellect is a dead end. Don’t try to understand this Meditation. Feel the words and perceive their impact.Don’t get attached to or reject your experience. Stand still, in the centre of attention. This is the place of wisdom. In stillness, we can hear our Intuition, recognizing what’s true and important now.
-
3
True Intelligence is Not what you Think
True Intelligence is to combine Intellect and Intuition, not separate them. We’ve forgotten Intuition as our compass. It’s the antidote to the confusion, lostness, and purposelessness of our time.
-
2
Relearn Intuition as our Natural Language
Intuition is not what we think. It’s not a skill that we can own or master. It’s an entire language. The language of Earth. Birds arrive at their destination without needing a map to find their way. Trees develop without a master plan. Our growth and evolution are natural, as long as we don’t get in the way. Our important task as human beings is now to relearn the natural language of Earth that we call Intuition, so we can live in harmony with Earth. Our life depends on it.

The Key to Decision Making: Inner Knowing
Finding our way back to our Inner Knowing through Direct Perception.

The Reason for our Confusion. Practice Direct Perception.
The reason for our confusion is that we struggle to see things as they are. We keep making up interpretations and judgments based on our worldview, which is not even truly ours to begin with. We practice to feel-perceive directly and unfiltered. Once we manage to see in this way, we can access our Intuitive sense of what’s true and what to do.
-
-1
See through Confusion. Know your Direction.
Vision is not the capacity to see some point in the future, but to see through confusion at things as they are. Vision really is another word for Intuition. When we see clearly, we know which way to go. This is what we practice in this Meditation.
-
-2
We Got it Mixed Up. Vision is to See the Present, Not the Future.
We got it mixed up. Vision is not the ego’s ability to tell the future, but a true and deep seeing of the present. Acknowledging the subtleties and details, we may see the whole. In this Meditation, we zoom both in and out at the same time. By noticing the subtleties of our experience, we get to feel the bigger picture.
-
-3
Stop Trying so Hard and Be Attentive
In the following practice, we infuse the objects of our consciousness (thoughts, emotions, sensations, forms) with attention and see their innate emptiness. We make everything into a Noun, a thing, through labels and categorizations. But, ultimately, this is an illusion. Nothing exists separately. Seeing this, we can tune into the true feeling-perceiving underneath the energy of all things. This is the source of intuition, our topic for this series.
-
-4
Stop Doing This in Meditation. Every Practice is New.
Come back to the place of stillness and feel into what’s right from moment to moment. There are no big decisions but many small ones from moment to moment, that make up one big decision, which we call LIFE. There is no way to escape the unknown, so we can learn to face it fiercely through meditation—not with some method that we repeat, but every time anew—facing what is. May these meditations support you for years to come.
-
-5
Practice This to Access Your Inner Compass
We filter through our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, and notice the quality of our attention. We may come into stillness with this. From here, we know what to do in the day, week, and life ahead. In this way, we can listen rather than think our way through transition. Each time we practice coming into stillness, we take a step out of convention and into clarity.

Remove Conflict from our Life: Discover What’s Essential to get Clarity and Make the Right Decisions
Discover what is essential and what is inessential through contemplation and meditation practice. We live in a jungle of sensations, emotions and thoughts that are constantly changing. They are finite and therefore inessential. There is a pristine truth underneath that we can touch without a filter when we practice meditation. By discovering what’s essential, we get complete clarity and can make the right decisions for our life. We remove conflict from our lives.

Befriending Intense Emotions: Facing our Fear of the Unknown
Nothing is ever the same. We live in the unknown, no matter how hard we try to plan and control our lives. The unknown call up fear or subtle anxiety, which we tend to avoid and distract ourselves from by keeping busy. We control our lives so as not to have to face this feeling. How liberating would it be not to run away? We have the power and capacity to befriend intense emotions. In this contemplation, we get more familiar with what we feel.

The Most Important Resource for Changing our Life: Finding Stillness in the Chaos
Whether you’re changing work, going through a relationship change, moving home, or any other life situation, stillness can inform your next phase and give you peace in the process. We’re always transitioning as we’re between birth and death. Every moment is part of our evolution, and we can participate in it by contemplating and becoming conscious of our experience. Through noticing the business of our mind, emotions and sensations, we’re already liberated. We’re no longer lost in our experience, but have agency. This attention is the path to stillness, which is the most important resource for our life.

Stop using a Technique for Meditation. Do this instead: Why Contemplation Practice is Essential.
In contemplation practice, we observe physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts as a way of understanding ourselves without making sense of or labelling anything. We remove our usual layer of technique or method between ourselves and that which we observe, and face what is happening directly. There's nothing to do but to LOOK without looking for something.Through contemplation practice, we can become more and more aware of the subtle layers of our consciousness. We only ever notice 1% of our experience. This is your opportunity to go much deeper. What do you discover underneath the surface of your consciousness?

Metal: Integrity in Relationship
First, I couldn’t make sense of metal as an element for meditation. Then, upon some feeling into it, I was struck by how Metal has the most important teaching for us now: Integrity. We must be aware and honest about the constant change we go through. We shall not be fixed in one personality but allow continuous movement and transformation. Beyond all that I say in this meditation, the key this week is to inquire and feel, with intention, what integrity is to you.

Wood: Grounded and Flexible
Life throws things at us all the time. If we don’t pay attention, we get lost in the theatre. It may be pleasurable for some time, but we suffer immensely when the story turns too real (and it always does). We can be grounded like wood when we watch our mind. Pay attention to every moment and choose your thinking. Grounded in this attention, we can be flexible with what life offers us—no need to suffer!

Air: Find your Natural Rhythm
Air is the teacher of renewal. We observe our breath and witness the change. Don’t do something to the breath, but be the breath. This is the magic of true breathwork. Practice being aware of the breath without doing anything, and let this bring you back to your natural rhythm.

Fire: Set Intention to pay Attention
Fire can teach us about intention and attention—the two ingredients for successful meditation. We set the intention to pay attention to every movement in our body, emotions and mind. This week, feel the fire within and let it fuel your intention to pay attention.

Earth: Surrender to your Power
Earth teaches us about growth and evolution. We cannot control what is going to happen. Our body is at the mercy of Earth. In this meditation, we feel the power of Earth and let it guide us. Continue to feel this power in the coming week and listen to its calls.

Water: Let Go in the Flow
Water teaches us the immense power of transformation. In this meditation, traveling through the inner and outer landscapes, we can let go in the flow of water. Continue to practice paying attention to water this week and listen to its insights.

Make your own Meditation
Meditation isn't about escaping our experiences with some method; it's about meeting them. By welcoming whatever arises—sensations, feelings, thoughts—we learn to truly rest in the present moment. This is where we can find a jewel. What is meant by ‘Make your own Meditation’ is to use our experience as a teacher by being aware and not lost in it. There’s a longer silence in this guided meditation so that we can practice this together.

Meditation without Effort
Be with What Is: The most challenging meditation is non-meditation, not trying to do anything but simply being aware of what is. This is advanced practice because it is so simple. It goes against our desire for achievement. We are on the path when we open our heart without wanting anything in return.
