Living with ADHD as an adult
by Living with ADHD as an Adult
Hello there! I'm creating a podcast where I talk about my experiences with ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD just a year ago, at the age of 30 and a half. It was during a therapy session that I was referred to a psychiatrist who diagnosed me with ADHD. It was a very emotional experience for me to realize how greatly this condition has impacted my life without me even being aware of it. I only found out when I started feeling different from my coworkers at work and decided to seek help.Through this podcast, I want to share my symptoms and how they have affected me negatively throughout my life. As an adult, the symptoms have only gotten worse. I hope that by sharing my experiences, I can help others who may be going through the same thing.English is not my first language, so please bear with me if I struggle with some words. However, I am determined to speak out about this issue in English. Thank you for listening to the first episode of Living with ADHD.<br /
