Local Harmony
by evanjayhuff
The @lowspell podcast is here and we have the pleasure to chill with Zakk, Ronnie, Keoni, & Liz who make up the Fresno Californian noise psych band. Zakky Blunts plays guitar and sings, Keoni ‘Crazy K Bong Water Revolver’ plays rhythm guitar and lead, Ronnie Ray Reefer plays drums, and Lizzie Stizzy plays bass in your face. We hung out with some PBRs on this pod and talked about the band’s history, doing a special shout out to @eighteenhundreds where Zakk, Liz and Ronnie had met and played together. Keoni came into the band’s lineup through a friendship sparked via a Facebook Marketplace pedal purchase. All members have a passion for creating, recording and performing their special brand of rock music. It was lots of fun discussing their music. And we also talk about what powers they’d want if they were a unicorn. But more importantly, we talk about their ‘emotional shoegaze’, their influences, like Justin Vernon, who’s not actually an incel, and Creedence Clearwater Revival. And we ch

David Alejandro
David Alejandro is a singer and rapper based out of the Central Valley. He performs here locally and has a passion for songwriting, teaching mathematics, and for genuineness. His songwriting follows a personal narrative weaving through a relationship that began beautifully, became painful, and ended in overcoming this heartbreak. His new album will follow through this concept. We have three singles on the podcast that blend rap, rnb, & salsa that are beautifully worded and expressed feelings that were mutual. Having dealt with similar feelings, we touch on several phases of romance and heartbreak. Enjoy, connect, & heal with this new podcast and David’s music, humility, and earnestness behind his art. Listen, party, perhaps, cry?? Thanks for reading and support the music that eviscerates ego and lifts up the soul. Much love. <3

We had lots of fun. Enjoy me and the boys talking about their music, promoting their talent, and digging into the inspiration behind their music. Much love, thanks for reading, and we hope you enjoy this podcast and Tsunami Warning. In all seriousness, these guys are talented and you'd be missing out by not listening to this podcast. <3

The Chemical Syndicate Podcast
Chemical Syndicate is a psychedelic alternative rock band from Hanford, California, that is filled with members who enjoy creating their flavor of music, for you, central valley friends and supporters. Pablo, is lead vocals and rhythm guitar; Mackenzie, drummer and producer; Betto, playing sick leads; Nick, enjoying the bass frequencies. "Just try to be there for each other..." "It's all manifesting..." These are statements Pablo discussed on the pod referencing the band and the future he envisions for Chemical Syndicate, and dreams he actively tries to make a reality through both his musical abilities and creating shows to provide for the central valley. This pod was a loose one where we brewed it up with 'Silver bullets' and enjoyed some reefer medicine before saying let's run the tracks and close, because it's Friday night, there's munchies and beer, life is good, so have a fun time hearing us promote shows, friends, Penndragon beer, and expressing our love for music. Ultimately, without you guys there'd be no scene and opportunity to play, and, as the valley scene is coming to fruition. Time to seize the moment and pick up on the Chemical Syndicate to enjoy their creativity and interview. "It's the chemical man..." We listen to "Through it all," "Once in bed," & "Train," by Chemical Syndicate on this Local Harmony Pod. :)

Listen for an interview, three Low Spell songs, local musician shout outs, and an expression of love for the making of music. Hopefully, you enjoy yourself and get to discover some really cool local music and get to know the Low Spell crew. Thanks for supporting Local Harmony. 🖤
