Elizabeth Collins: Founder of Connect the Plots & Project Green Plot

Here, she talks to us about her non-for profit organisation Project Green Plot, which aims to help as many households in the Corner Inlet area of South Gippsland grow and access fresh locally grown produce. Elizabeth is passionate about what can be achieved through collaboration and community mindfulness is at her very core. To put it in her own words, "It's the face-to-face communication between two people or more people. That makes shit happen. That to me, it's never the A4 piece of paper in a window advertising or promoting a thing. It's always about the conversation."
