What “Love Is My Move” really means ♥️

What does it actually look like to live from love.. especially when life gets uncomfortable? In this episode, I break down the mantra “Love Is My Move”and what it truly means beyond the surface. This isn’t about being passive, naive, or ignoring your feelings. It’s about choosing love as a grounded, intentional way of moving through the world with both softness and strength. We explore how love shows up in real life: in relationships, in conflict, in hard conversations, and in the way you speak to yourself when no one else is around. I talk about what choosing love is a conscious decision rooted in empathy, abundance, and self-respect and what it is not people-pleasing, tolerating disrespect, or abandoning your boundaries.Through real-life examples, we get into what it looks like to respond with clarity instead of reacting from emotion, to walk away from what no longer aligns without carrying resentment, and to stand up for yourself and others with both courage and compassion. This episode also introduces the balance of radical softness and sacred strength the ability to remain open-hearted while still protecting your peace. Because love isn’t weakness. It’s one of the most powerful choices you can make.We close with a reflection to help you apply this mindset in your own life:
When was the last time you chose love over fear, anger, or pride and what shifted because of it?If you’ve been navigating relationships, self-growth, or learning how to hold your boundaries without losing your heart… this one is for you.

Love in Practice: Letting Yourself Be Seen

In this episode, I’m getting honest about something I’ve been navigating in real time saying I desire love and a relationship, while also recognizing I haven’t fully been allowing someone to experience me.I talk about the balance between self-preservation and vulnerability, and how past experiences can make it feel safer to hold parts of yourself back. But if I truly desire love, I’m realizing I have to allow myself to be seen… even when it feels uncomfortable.I also open up about having ADHD and experiencing rejection sensitivity, and how that adds another layer to the fear of being fully known and possibly judged. This episode is about holding two truths at once:wanting love… and being nervous to receive it.And choosing, in real time, to lean in anyway.Because love isn’t just something we say we wantit’s something we practice.

  3. 6

I know no one’s come if to save me..BUT I still desire a love that shows up.

In this episode, I’m sitting with a truth that feels both empowering… and a little heavy..I know no one’s coming to save me.I’ve built a life where I show up for myself, fully.I work, I mother, I pour into my body, my friendships, my passions… and I carry it all with strength. But just because I can hold everything… doesn’t mean I don’t desire support. This conversation is about the balance between independence and softness.About wanting love that is intentional.Love that checks in.Love that considers you.Is it really too much to want someone to ask,“Hey, how are you really doing?”or“Is there anything I can help lighten for you this week?”I’m not looking to be saved…but I am open to being supported. If you’ve ever felt strong and tired at the same time this episode is for you.Because maybe… choosing love doesn’t mean waiting to be rescued…maybe it means allowing yourself to be met, seen, and cared for when it shows up.Love is my move. ♥️

  4. 5

You can’t be loved fully if your hiding..

Vulnerability sounds beautiful… until it’s time to actually do it.Because opening up means risk.It means saying how you really feel…admitting you care…letting someone see parts of you that aren’t fully healed yet.And that’s terrifying. But the truth is…you can’t build real intimacy without it.This episode is about choosing small moments of courage… and allowing yourself to be seen a little more each time.Because that’s where real connection begins.

  5. 4

When you like each other but come from different worlds.

Have you ever really liked someone… but realized you were raised completely different?Different communication styles.Different family dynamics.Different ways of loving. And suddenly it’s like…‘Wait… are we even speaking the same language emotionally?’This episode is about navigating connection when your worlds don’t look the same… and realizing that different doesn’t always mean incompatible.Sometimes… it just means there’s more to understand.Question for you:What’s one thing from your upbringing that shows up in your dating life?

  6. 3

I don’t just want to be liked..I want to be seen.

I don’t think we talk enough about how deep the desire is to be fully seen. Not just liked. Not just desired. But understood. To have someone recognize your heart… your mind… your little quirks… the way you love. And to still choose you.The hard part is… a lot of connections stay on the surface. And if you’re not careful, you can feel alone… even while talking to someone every day. This episode is about what it really means to be seen…and the kind of honesty and communication it takes to build that kind of connection.

  7. 2

Rushing Love vs Letting it Build.

Why do we rush into love like we’re running out of time?We meet someone, feel a spark… and suddenly we’re already imagining what it could be instead of paying attention to what it actually is.I’ve learned that moving too fast can make you skip over the most important parts…Like how someone communicates. How they handle conflict.Who they really are over time. This episode is about slowing down…honoring your pace…and allowing connection to build naturally instead of forcing it.Because real love doesn’t need to be rushed.
