L&Z's Happy Life Podcast for Kids and Teens

Do you keep hearing the word "mindfulness" and wonder what all the hype is about? Have you ever tried a breathing exercise or a  quick meditation? Well in today's podcast we talk about what mindfulness is as well as how to train your brain to slow down and focus. So join us for a mindful exploration designed to tame your monkey mind.

This is our first episode, that we are very proud of. Making a podcast is something we have been talking about for quite a while. So, while we were on lock down, we took the opportunity to try it out. We are a mother-daughter team who lives in Germany, but English is our native language.  We hope to reach kids and teens (maybe even a Mom or two) all over the world who are interested in hearing about our take on current issues and the things in life that are interesting to kids and teens.  Our focus will be on thinking positive and reflecting on life.
