Some fresh cuts of bass house beats, released on 16th May - on this wonderfully wacky west coast label. "Karuva’s previous release on Anabatic was his killer tune – ‘Buddha’. Hailed as an underground anthem, ‘Buddha’ received massive international love – from the BBC and Mixmag, along with lots of main stage festival support from international DJs including Davide Squillace. This time Karuva comes back with two great tracks, unleashed on the ‘Rapping & Clapping’ EP. Both of the tracks superbly hit the mark for Anabatic and have been working wonders in the sets of label boss, Worthy. Up first on the EP, ‘Rapping & Clapping’ is a cool, hedonistic track that hits you with some crazy head-melting synths, while keeping you in a bass-fueled groove. For those that like their house bassy and wild, this will do some damage on your dance floor, or release enjoyable endorphins in your body! On the flip side, we have ‘Give Me Something’ - a more energetic track that really pushes the envelope and injects funk-laden vocals over some cool, phat beats. With another signature synth, Karuva’s sound shines through again – leading the listener into a creative soundscape."
