Marco Maiorino is an eclectic guitarist/composer.He began to play percussion at the age of 11, but at the age of 12 the great passion for the guitar was born.He is graduated in guitar at the “G. Martucci” Conservatory of Music of Salerno and he improved his technique with the Guitarist/Composer Maurizio Colonna.He has also attended several masterclass with guitarists of international reputation, as: Alvaro Company, Senio Diaz, Fabiano Borges, Leo Brouwer, Adam Marec, Roland Dyens, Ignacio Rodes and many others.Since 2012 he has been writing compositions for guitar, including: "Il Battesimo del Rospo" and "Mosaic".Winner of several national and international competitions, he has taken part in many cultural festival, in solo and chamber music formation.Nowadays, he is teaching guitar at secondary musical schools.
