by King Yes In Deed
Welcome to Master Your Mindset: The 7 Dimensions of Mindset, the mental reboot for those ready for some calibration to their vibration.I’m your Host King Yes-In-Deed, your guide for this vibrational journey, here to help you conquer mental blocks, fine tune your inner frequency, and navigate to your highest self. If you're ready to make your mind bright so you can Vibe Right, you’re in the right place. The 7 Dimensions of Mindset are critical because they give us a complete map of how our inner world shapes our outer world. Each dimension — Lens, Habit, Story, Energy, System, Possibility, and Identity — is like a thread in the fabric of who we are. When one thread is weak or frayed, the whole fabric feels worn and uncomfortable. But when each thread is strengthened, woven together with intention, the result is power, resolution, and purpose. The beauty of this framework is that it meets people where they are. So

One vs None - Your Only Competition Is You!
How many of you are trying to live up to standards that aren’t yours!Trying to reach goals that you didn’t imagine yourself. Trying to obtain things that someone else put value on.A life of comparison will have you working hard on the wrong life. Chasing the wrong dreams and reaching for the wrong stars. When you are focused on you and not what someone else is focused on, you stop worrying about being better or equal to them, and you prioritize building yourselfIf you don’t then you start chasing timelines that aren’t yours, standards that don’t fit you, and goals that don’t even make you happy. So today I’m here to remind you of something that will free your mind and sharpen your focus:Your only competition is you.Not your friends. Not your family Not your neighbors Not these celebrities Not your enemiesIt is You versus you. That’s it. That’s the game. And by the end of this episode, you’re going to know how to stop comparing yourself to other people and how to stay locked in on developing and polishing who it that you want to be.SOCIAL MEDIA LINKSInstagram (CLICK HERE)YOUTUBE (CLICK HERE)YES-IN-DEED WEBSITEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds

Reacting VS Responding
This show is really for me. I get it—because I’ve been there too. Most of us don’t actually have an “anger problem.” We have moments where life hits a nerve, and before we even realize it, we’re on autopilot. We react. We snap. We shut down. We over-explain. We people-please. We spiral out of control. And later—when the dust settles—we sit with that heavy feeling like, “Where did that come from? That’s not who I am.”But here’s the truth: it was you… it was just you moving a little too fast to choose wisely. You were triggered. You were protecting something. And if you’ve ever wished you could rewind a moment and handle it differently, this episode is for you.Today we’re talking about Responding vs Reacting, because mastering yourself in these moments isn’t going to come from more hype or more pressure. It’s going to come from something that is both quiet and strong: Self control in the moment. The ability to pause long enough to stay true to who you are, and respond with a certain level of emotional intelligence, especially when you’re triggered.By the end of this episode, you’re going to know how to recognize when you’re reacting, how to create real space before you speak or act, and how to respond like the calm, clear, powerful version of you that was intended too— and we are going to do this one moment at a time.THE MASTER YOUR MINDSET SHOW DESCRIPTION TEMPLATEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)PODCAST INTRO/OUTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds (Click Here)

Quality Over Quantity
I’m gonna start this show off with a question. Do you prefer quality or quantity. This is assuming that you must choose one or the other. Most people obviously want both but if there is only one to be had. I’ll take quality over quantity most often.Yup I quality friends. I want quality carsI want a quality homeI want quality clothesI want quality relationshipsI want quality…..everything. There is nothing on earth that I desire which I don’t want to be quality. More doesn’t always mean better. Sometimes having more is just more mess and to deal with.Today’s episode is about Quality Over Quantity—because in life you are going to learn that a lot doesn’t necessarily equate to better or more favorable. You can build many things in quantity, but it’s the ones that are built with quality in mind that last and stand the test of time.So in this episode we are going to talk about:where you might be focusing and quantity and why you are suffering for it,what it’s costing you,and how to shift over to a quality seeking mindset.THE MASTER YOUR MINDSET SHOW DESCRIPTION TEMPLATEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)PODCAST INTRO/OUTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds (Click Here)

The Health Tax
I asked my son how he felt the other day and it was 6: 15 in the morning. We had been up for almost an hour and he told me he was tired. My first response was, but you just woke up. \So let me ask you. How often are you exhausted right after you wake up. How many of your felt like you didn’t sleep at all and are craving for another or two. If this is you then you might be ;suffering from being taxed. Once again not the IRS tax, but this tax I'm calling…..”The Health Tax”Every time you sacrifice sleep, every time you binge on sugar, every time you ignore stress, you are putting your body at risk of paying a price….And just like in your pay check, you pay a little bit at and then when you check your end of year W2 for your Health. You’ve paid dearly, you’ve paid severely and you are not due a refund this year. This is what I mean by The Health Tax—the hidden fee you pay for neglecting your body, neglecting your mind, and neglecting your sleep and neglecting your peace. But I have good news. By the end of this episode, you’re going to know:how to spot where you’re being taxed or getting taxed, what it’s costing you,and how to lower the tax without trying to overhaul your whole life.THE MASTER YOUR MINDSET SHOW DESCRIPTION TEMPLATEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)PODCAST INTRO/OUTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds (Click Here)

The "People"Tax
Let’s be honest for just a moment… Some of you aren’t tired just because you’re doing too much, or you are too busySome of you are tired because you’re carrying too much from too many other people. And not in a healthy way or a way that is obligated to. And because of that your energy meter is reading on empty. You ever talked to someone and the moment you stop the conversation, the moment you hang up, the moment the person is occupying your space… you feel like you lost half of your mojo, half of your battery is drained.Yeah. That’s not how you want “life” to be. It’s like that person just wrote you an invoice or a bill for all of your energy That’s a bill. That’s a charge. That’s a tax.THE MASTER YOUR MINDSET SHOW DESCRIPTION TEMPLATEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)PODCAST INTRO/OUTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds (Click Here)

Master Your Mindset - Military Mindset and Discipline
“Welcome back to the Master Your Mindset podcast — the show where we explore the seven dimensions of mindset and how they shape the way we see the world, the choices we make, and the lives we create.Today’s topic is all about discipline — but not the kind that feels like punishment or restriction. I want to talk about discipline as a lens — a way of seeing the world that transforms chaos into order, hesitation into action, and dreams into reality.Think about the military for a moment. Soldiers don’t rely on motivation to get through tough missions — they rely on systems, routines, and discipline. And when you adopt that same perspective in your own life, you begin to realize that discipline isn’t about losing freedom and autonomy. It’s actually about gaining it.So in this episode, we’re going to explore the military mindset — how discipline, when seen as a lens, can become one of the most powerful tools to master your mindset, build resilience, and create results that last.”THE MASTER YOUR MINDSET SHOW DESCRIPTION TEMPLATEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)PODCAST INTRO/OUTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds (Click Here)

Art As Medicine - Feat. Randiesia Fletcher
How creative practice supports mental health, especially for people who don’t like “talking about feelings.”Art is medicine because it tells the truth gently—it lets what’s been trapped inside you finally move. You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to be “good” at it. You just have to be willing. One line. One color. One small act of creation that says, “I’m here, and I’m choosing my healing.”So take a breath, pick up something simple, and make one honest mark today. Because every time you create, you’re not just making art—you’re making space for the next version of you to emerge.1) The Versions of Her: A Graphic Look at Undiagnosed Mental Health Challenges: Fletcher M.Ed., Randiesia, Fletcher, Randiesia: 9798266390362: Amazon.com: Books3) Scatches, Needles, and the Glass Pipe: Coping with Rejection, Hurt, and Abandonment from Drug Addicted Parents: Riggs, Randiesia, Fletcher M.Ed, Randiesia: 9781539714750: Amazon.com: BooksTHE MASTER YOUR MINDSET SHOW DESCRIPTION TEMPLATEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)PODCAST INTRO/OUTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds (Click Here)

You Are Not late - You Are Right On Time For your Journey
One of the quietest forms of pressure we carry in life is the pressure of timing.By a certain age, you should have accomplished this.By a certain stage, you should have reached that.By now, you should already be further ahead. We compare timelines constantly. We compare careers. We compare relationships. We compare achievements. We compare progress. And so what do we do, we start thinking that something is wrong with us. We start thinking that we are lagging behind :We start thinking“I started too late.”“I should have figured this out already.”I should have these these things alreadyI should have this title or label by nowBut here’s a truth that doesn’t get talked about enough:You are not late. You are right on time for your journey.Your life is not meant to unfold according to someone else’s schedule.Your growth has its own pace.Nothing grows at the same rate. And growth rate does not determine the importance of what’s growing. Your lessons have their own timing.Your path has its own direction. And today we’re going to talk about why feeling like youre “behind” is often just created by unnecessary comparisons to someone else’s timingSOCIAL MEDIA LINKSInstagram (CLICK HERE)YOUTUBE (CLICK HERE)YES-IN-DEED WEBSITEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds

Where You Start Does Not Determine Where You Finish
Some of us absolutely start off in much better situations than others in life. And of course some start off in much worse situations as well. Some start out with the proverbial deck stacked against us. Some start off with what seems like the perfect situation to maximize our success in life. Some begin with stability, some without Some begin with different resources, in different systems, with different advantages. Some begin surrounded by encouragement, other by hindrance Some begin with different allowances, while others start with many limitations. There is absolutely nothing you can do about these circumstances that you were handed. They are what they are. However if you are not careful, your starting point can eventually become your permanent place of residence. Your perspective gets locked into thoughts likeThis is just how it has always been so what’s the point in fighting?”This is how I was raised, and this is all I know”People like me don’t do things like…………..”I’ve always struggled so I must be destined to struggle.”I’m just trying to survive and that’s hard enough.”This is what determines a survival mentality and in that headspace everything seems like the fight of your life. It’s exhausting, it’s stressful, and it produces nothing that is beneficial for you.Sometimes we need to understand that where we started out in life helped to provide a certain awareness. It was not intended to be our life’s destiny.Realistically yes, where we start in life has a big impact on our lives. There is no disputing that. What is also true is that that environment may influence your trajectory and that speed at which you move it does not eliminate your capacity. In fact many times, that harder the starting the larger the capacity you have to deal with the hurdles and struggles in life. It creates a level of resilience that those who may have had an easier starting point do not have the ability to dela with.Today we’re going to unpack why your starting point is not your final resting place, and how perspective, responsibility, identity, and action determine how and where you ultimately find achievement..

Master Your Vibe Episode 17 - Outgrowing the Old You and Growing into the new You
Outgrowing things is one of the most normal experiences in life as it relates to certain thingsBut there are some things that every person can struggle with when it comes to outgrowing. When we talk about outgrowing something we tend to think first about outgrowing clothes. Now at my age I am not growing upward. If I outgrow anything it's gonna be sideways growth. But even that can be good. If you are a body builder, or you are into sport and need to gain a little size, great. Most commonly thought it is when you are still at an age, or at least you can remember back to the age when you are still growing upward. We typically measure it over summers because that’s when it was most noticed. Now as it pertains to the clothes, the clothes may not have been torn or worn out, they may still have been in style, it might even be something that you considered to be your favorite thing to wear. The two tone jeans, the stone wash jump suit, the air brushed shirts, the sequence outfits, or all of the shoes you had to match all outfits. There may have been absolutely nothing wrong with any of these items but the fact of the matter is, they no longer fit you any more. Now you don’t have to get rid of them, you can still try to wear them. But what is the result of that? Have you tried to walk around in shoes that are even a half of size too small? As old as some of us are now, just thinking about it makes your feet and toes ache. Have you ever tried to sit down or walk around in some jeans that were a few inches too small for your waist? Brothers, I know we ain’t doing that. Voice up an octave or two. Ladies, y’all gotta jump up and down to pull them things up and then be in trouble when you have to use the bathroom. We can’t breathe properly in these things. And shirts, we might not even get them over our head or past our shoulders. And ladies, I know ain’t trying to mess up yall hair for that shirt. The struggle trying to fit into clothes that are too small, that are no longer our size, that cause us all of these issues, is real!So when it comes to other aspects of our lives why do we not consider the struggles. If you are still trying to squeeze into certain places and certain peoples lives that no longer fit you, what pain are you dealing with? How freely are you able to move and be yourself? How badly are you being suffocated?THE MASTER YOUR MINDSET SHOW DESCRIPTION TEMPLATEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)PODCAST INTRO/OUTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds (Click Here)

Pain vs Purpose: Why they just might need each other
Pain & Purpose: Why they just might need each other!“Pain can be one of the most misunderstood experiences of being human.Physical, Emotional, Mental, or SpiritualWe spend so much of our lives trying to avoid the pain.Trying to numb it or escape the painor worse, pretend it doesn’t even existBut what if we thought pain as an ingredient instead of a main course dish.Ingredients when standing alone can taste terrible and in some cases are not even edible. But when mixed, and blended and heated to a certain temperature can be a master class. Ingredients are the direction of each recipe. So what if pain was an ingredient, a pathway or better yet a doorway to purpose.Today’s episode is called Pain vs. Purpose — and how they just might need each other.Because some of the most meaningful lives are not the ones that are easy……They bump in the road, they have life changing challenges, they have questionable circumstances and they most certainly have moments of facing your mortality. Some of the deepest and most important callings are not discovered through an easy life.they are uncovered in struggle, near death experiences, personal disaster and utter despair. So today, we’re going to explore a difficult but hopefully transformative topic. In most cases pain hasn’t come to take you away, it’s come to take you higher. It’s come to take you to an elevation where not everyone is meant to go. Master Your Vibe Episode 15 - Practicing Peace - How to Build your peace Palace
I think most of us want peace or to be peaceful, but most of the time we are instead taught how to endure things. Being able to ensure it is fine for certain things, but not all things. We are seldomly taught how to be calm in the face of trouble, stress, danger, worry or fear. Many times we wait for peace to come after trouble leaves, or stress fades away, after the danger is done, after you stop worrying and after you are no longer afraid. But even when these things are gone, do things really ever truly calm down long enough to even take a deep breath. Usually something or someone else enters and the calm you were so desperately waiting for quickly exits…….Stage Left!!!When this happens over a long period of time And over time, trouble seems normal to you, stress feels normal to you, danger seems normal to you, worry feels normal to you and fear feels like normal. What’s the issue? There is a saying in sports which is, you play how you practice. Well in life the same principle applies. If you want peace you have to learn the practice. My Brother Rico has a song that says. “Peace of mind, Peace is Made, you can’t find it”. Peace is not something that you need to go looking for. Peace is not lost where it needs to be found. Peace needs to be cultivated. Peace needs to be developed. Peace needs to be built. Like a house. Foundations, Structural support and a covering.Yes In Deed….Peace is a Palace built for an intended PurposeSo today we are going to sit with ourselves, we are going to go inside and see what’s keeping us from experiencing the peace that we want, that we need and that we most definitely deserve. So in this episode I'm going to help you figure out which tools you need to have in your Mindset Tool Bag to build your own personal Peace Palace. Time Management vs Time Alignment: Are you Busy or are you Productive
“Much of our life is bombarded and consumed with managing time, or trying to manage time.We have calendars. We have Planners. We have training apps. There are these life hacks to do more. There are systems to squeeze efficiency out of every hour of the day.And for all of these things what do you get out of it? You get exhausted, disconnected, unfulfilled, you get very little value from all of the juggling that you are doing..This is not because you are lazy. This is not because you don’t have discipline It is because you are busy living a life that doesn’t feel like you own it. You are busy living a life that you don’t feel like you have many choices in or much control over as it relates to your time. This is where we are going to focus our energy and our thoughts today. This is where we are going to take a look at our perception of our time management and begin to realize what our time alignment should be. So keep this question in mind:Are you managing your time… or is your time aligned with who you are?Understand this There is a meaningful difference between being productive and being purposeful.Today, we’re going to talk about the difference between time management and time alignment.Your alignment is essential to your peace, Your alignment is essential to your purpose, your alignment is essential to your growth. So walk with me today and we are going to figure out how to begin aligning your time with the life that you envision for yourself today, for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.THE MASTER YOUR MINDSET SHOW DESCRIPTION TEMPLATEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)PODCAST INTRO/OUTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds (Click Here)

Sleep: The Most Underrated Mindset Tool
“Let me ask you a hard question: when was the last time you truly honored your sleep? Not collapsed from exhaustion, not ‘caught up on the weekend,’ but true and with intention, treated sleep as one of your most powerful tools for your growth and overall well-being?We live in a culture that glorifies hustle, celebrates all-nighters, and tells us rest is for the weak. But here’s the paradox — without sleep, your mindset is fragile, your focus is scattered, your emotions are unstable, and your ability to maximize every level of your being is all but impossible.Think about it — how many times have you pushed through fatigue, trying to prove your discipline, only to realize later that you were less sharp, less patient, and less effective? That’s not strength. That’s sabotage. The truth is this: sleep is not a luxury. Sleep is a weapon. It’s the most underrated mindset tool you have, and every hour you neglect it, you weaken the very foundation you’re trying to build. So in today’s episode, we’re going to dismantle the lie that rest makes you lazy. We’re going to explore why sleep is a mindset amplifier, how it affects your energy, focus, and emotional resilience — and most importantly, I’ll give you practical tools to reclaim your rest as a strategy, not an afterthought.Because if you really want to master your mindset, it starts in the hours when you’re not awake.”THE MASTER YOUR MINDSET SHOW DESCRIPTION TEMPLATEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)PODCAST INTRO/OUTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds (Click Here)

Why Your Comfort Zone can be your Danger Zone
Your Comfort Zone is Your Danger Zone🎙️ Podcast Introduction“Take a moment and breathe. Now ask yourself — when was the last time you truly felt stretched? Challenged? Uncertain? Uncomfortable? Most people don’t realize this, but the comfort zone feels safe… because it’s familiar. Not because it’s right for you. Not because it’s where you grow. But because it’s what you’ve known. The comfort zone is warm, predictable, and soft — but so is stagnation. So is regret. So is slow decline.See, the real danger of the comfort zone isn’t that it keeps you still… it keeps you small. It convinces you that repeating yesterday is enough for who you want to become tomorrow.Your comfort zone tells you, ‘Stay here. It’s easy.’ But your potential whispers, ‘Come further. There’s more for you.’This episode is not about pushing you into chaos or forcing change for the sake of it. It’s about recognizing the silent truth: The moment your life stops challenging you is the moment your growth begins to die.You weren’t built to stay in places that no longer stretch you. You weren’t designed to shrink into routines that no longer elevate you. And you weren’t created to live a life governed by fear disguised as comfort.Today, we’re going to explore why your comfort zone is actually your danger zone — the place where dreams suffocate, potential sleeps, and greatness fades into convenience. And we’re going to talk about how to step out deliberately, intentionally, and powerfully… into a life that challenges you, grows you, and transforms you.So, settle in — not into comfort, but into awareness. It’s time to confront the space that feels safe… but silently holds you back.”THE MASTER YOUR MINDSET SHOW DESCRIPTION TEMPLATEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)PODCAST INTRO/OUTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds (Click Here)

Asking What If? - The Power of Curiosity
Asking What If? - The Power of Curiosity“Welcome back to the Master Your Mindset.Today, I want to invite you into one of the simplest yet most profound practices you can use to unlock possibility in your life: the power of asking, ‘What if?’Think about it. Many inventions, many breakthroughs, and many new ideas that lead to some revolutionary breakthrough sometimes start with a simple question…….What if?’What if we could fly? What if we could walk on the moon? What if phones didn’t need wires? These two little words don’t just spark imagination — the have the potential to open up a whole new universe of ideas, thoughts, avenues and possibilities. These two words help remove the limitations we’ve placed on ourselves and begin to prepare our minds for our imagination to define our reality. They move us from impossible to inevitable. From ‘I didn’t think so”, to “I have no doubt?”When you ask, ‘What if?’, you’re not making a commitment, and you’re not taking a risk — you’re simply opening the door to a new perspective. And with new perspectives come new possibilities that were once invisible or inconceivable. This is the door that welcomes new thoughts, new ideas and new freedom to create your own truth about your obstacles and your roadblocks. So in this episode, we’re going to dive deep into the art of asking better questions — questions that unlock creativity, that spark potential, and realize your true ability. These questions will show that the only real hardships we face are the ones we don’t dare to challenge.Because maybe the most important question you’ll ever ask yourself is this: What if there’s more waiting for me than I’ve ever imagined?”THE MASTER YOUR MINDSET SHOW DESCRIPTION TEMPLATEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here) YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here) PODCAST INTRO/OUTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds (Click Here)

Master Your Mindset - Designing Environments for Success
“Have you ever noticed how your surroundings shape and influence your behavior — in many cases without you even realizing it? The music playing, the lighting in your room, what type of decor you have, colors, the people around you, the temperature, even something as simple as the notifications on your phone — they’re quietly contributing to your actions, your emotions, your focus, and your or course mindset. Many people believe success comes down to willpower — discipline, motivation, hardwork. But your environment can also be a major factor in whether or not you are likely to have success with certain things. The space you live in, the energy you keep, and the systems you build can be either setting you up for success or slowly sabotaging any chance you have of success. This episode is going to focus on Designing Environments That Cue Success. When your environment is designed right, good decisions become automatic. Energy flows abundantly, Focus feels natural. Growth feels easier. It is typically a space where you don’t have to force creativity, you don’t have to think hard, things just FLOW almost effortlessly. Sports players refer to it as……BEING IN THE ZONE!!!In this episode, we’re going to explore how your environment — physical, digital, and social— shapes your mindset and your outcomes. We’ll talk about how to design spaces that trigger discipline, habits that reinforce consistency, and systems that pull you forward instead of holding you back. The reality of things is, you are going to struggle to master your mindset if your environment is working against you. You have to learn to create surroundings that whisper success into your mind — quietly, constantly, and powerfully. So if you’ve been struggling to stay consistent or wondering why motivation fades so fast, this episode is for you. By the end of this episode, you’ll have some tools to create and design a life that supports the version of yourself you’re trying to become.Let’s talk about how to build environments that don’t just look successful — they cue success.”SOCIAL MEDIA LINKSInstagram (CLICK HERE)YOUTUBE (CLICK HERE)YES-IN-DEED WEBSITEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds

The Identity Dimension
The Identity DimensionWhen it comes to mastering your mindset, every dimension we’ve explored so far—Lens, Habit, Story, Energy, Systems, and Possibility—has prepared you for this one. The Identity Dimension is where everything comes together. At its core, identity is the story you tell yourself about who you are. It’s the collection of beliefs, labels, and meanings you’ve accepted—some consciously, many unconsciously—that shape your reality. Identity is not simply what you do or what you achieve; it is the foundation of your self-concept.The Identity Dimension invites you to stop living as a prisoner of old labels, roles, and limitations. It challenges you to step into the highest story of who you are. When you choose a new identity, everything else in your mindset naturally begins to align. This is where temporary transformation becomes permanent. This is where growth shifts from effort to embodiment. And this is where you stop chasing change—and start living as the person you were always capable of being.Instagram (CLICK HERE)YOUTUBE (CLICK HERE)YES-IN-DEED WEBSITEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds

The Possibility DimensionThe Possibility Dimension is where your mindset meets imagination, courage, and vision. It is the dimension that determines not only what you see in the world, but also what you believe is possible. Most people live within the boundaries of what feels “realistic” or “safe.” that good ole comfort zone. They base their expectations on past failures, current circumstances, or the opinions of others. The result? They destroy the possibility in their lives and banish their limits to the comfort zone. But possibility is the antidote to limitation. This dimension isn’t about blind optimism or fantasy thinking. It’s about expanding your awareness so you can see beyond fear, beyond doubt, and beyond the stories that once held you back. Possibility is about creating mental space for solutions, opportunities, and breakthroughs that your old self simply couldn’t recognize.Instagram (CLICK HERE)YOUTUBE (CLICK HERE)YES-IN-DEED WEBSITEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds

The Systems Dimension
The Systems DimensionIf Lens is how you see, Habit is how you think, Story is how you frame, and Energy is how you feel—then System is how all of those come together in the way you operate. The Systems Dimension is about the structures, processes, and environments that shape how you consistently operate. Habits are the things you do, but systems are the frameworks that either make those habits easy or nearly impossible to sustain.Think of it like this: habits are seeds, systems are the soil. If the soil is poor, the seeds struggle. If the soil is rich, the seeds thrive. The Systems Dimension is important because it transforms mindset from something you practice occasionally into a way of life you can rely on daily. With the right systems, success stops being an accident and becomes an expectation.Instagram (CLICK HERE)YOUTUBE (CLICK HERE)YES-IN-DEED WEBSITEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds

The Energy Dimension
The Energy DimensionIf Lens is how you see, Habit is how you think, and Story is how you frame—then Energy is how you carry all of that into your body and emotions.Energy is the emotional charge that flows through you. It influences whether your mindset feels heavy or light, stagnant or expansive, depleted or empowered. In many ways, it is the most felt of the seven dimensions—because it’s where thoughts and narratives translate into lived experience. Energy is the fuel that powers your mindset. It’s more than just physical stamina — it’s the total sum of your mental, emotional, physical, and even spiritual vitality. The Energy Dimension asks: What state are you showing up in? Because the quality of your energy determines the quality of your focus, decisions, relationships, and results.SOCIAL MEDIA LINKSInstagram (CLICK HERE)YOUTUBE (CLICK HERE)YES-IN-DEED WEBSITEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds

The Story Dimension
The Story Dimension:If Lens is how you see and Habit is how you think, then Story is how you explain. It’s the meaning you assign to your experiences—the narrative you tell yourself about who you are, what your life means, and what role you play in the world.Every human being is a storyteller. The difference is that some people are conscious of the stories they’re telling, while others live inside of them without realizing it.SOCIAL MEDIA LINKSInstagram (CLICK HERE)YOUTUBE (CLICK HERE)YES-IN-DEED WEBSITEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds

The Habit Dimension
The Habit Dimension:If the Lens Dimension is about how you see the world, the Habit Dimension is about how you process the world in your mind. Habits of thought are the roadways your brain runs on. Think of it like a city map. Typically when you go somewhere you take the same route out of habit. Sometimes you drive somewhere and can’t even recall the journey you just took. You’re on Auto Pilot. Your habits are like your auto pilot—they are automatic patterns that you repeat so consistently, you often don’t realize you’re doing it.Where your lens is the filter of your mindset, your habits are the loop. Together, these two dimensions form the foundation of your mindset.SOCIAL MEDIA LINKSInstagram (CLICK HERE)YOUTUBE (CLICK HERE)YES-IN-DEED WEBSITEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds

The Lens Dimension
The Lens Dimension:The first dimension—The Lens—is the foundation for the & Dimension of Mindset. Every other aspect of the Mindset builds from this dimension, because before you can change habits, or rewrite your story, before you can rewire your identity, you must first recognize the lens through which you’re seeing the world and that’s why the Lens is first up.SOCIAL MEDIA LINKSInstagram (CLICK HERE)YOUTUBE (CLICK HERE)YES-IN-DEED WEBSITEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds

Introduction to The 7 Dimensions of Mindset
Introduction to The 7 Dimensions of Mindset:Most people think of mindset as a vague concept—often reduced to “think positive” or “change your thoughts, change your life.” While this advice isn’t wrong, it’s incomplete. Mindset isn’t a single gear that turns once; it’s a whole system of interlocking dimensions that shape how you see, feel, act, and grow.I call these the 7 Dimensions of Mindset™, because together they provide a full-stack picture of how your inner world creates your outer experience.SOCIAL MEDIA LINKSInstagram (CLICK HERE)YOUTUBE (CLICK HERE)YES-IN-DEED WEBSITEYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds

Your Mindset (Your Vibe) Shapes Your Life
What if I told you that your entire life — your relationships, your income, your level of happiness, your stress levels, your high and lows — what if I told you that this is all being determined through your vibe, through your vibration, through your mindset? What if I told you that the way you think is literally building or shaping the life you’re experiencing right now?"Finally, what if I told you that you have more control over it than you understand.Today, I’m going to be talking about what mindset really is, and why it’s the foundation of everything as it relates to how you view and experience. Your mindset, which I like to refer to as “Your Vibe” is not just a thought here and there. It’s the lens through which you see the world — and more importantly, the lens through which you see yourself and how fit into the world around youYES-IN-DEED Coaching Website (Click Here)YES-IN-DEED GEAR & APPARELThe Master Your Mindset Journal (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – Snap Back Hat (Click Here)King Yes-In-Deed – T-Shirt (Click Here)INTRO MUSIC CREATED BY:IAMRIKOMAESTRO: Clouds
