One day my doctor recommended I seek professional help..so I decided I would start a podcast. (microphones are cheaper.) NO, I don't recommend ignoring your doctor- YES, I do recommend telling your story. I made a safe place for me to express! I was able to capture a glimpse of my healing journey-and its not all sh!ts and giggles. If you need a friend, I'm here for ya pal.
