Midnight Haze

My name is Zaina and I wanted to create a podcast that speaks to people and can be relatable. I stay up late to get a few hours of “me time” in after my fiancé and kids go to bed. And usually those few hours are spent in a haze. You know the one where your brain can finally process all the events of the day and you are thinking about everything. When you just want to clear your mind so you can finally fall asleep. I call that the midnight haze. So if you’re into late nights, random topics, life experiences and some dark humor with a dash of childhood trauma. Welcome to the Midnight Haze.

I don’t always do these things but I try to implement them daily. Now this isn’t to judge or make anyone feel bad. I’m not that type of person. I think we are all just doing our best while trying to heal from things from our own childhood. So this is solely about my experiences and why I try to parent the way I do. It’s not advice but rather just my perspective and experiences. I love having open conversations and having others share their perspectives and views on things, so feel free to share yours and I can make another episode with some of those perspectives and opinions and talk about them.
