It’s a common action in life, where you or your partner decide it’s time to part ways. It’s never an easy pill to swallow for some, in fact it could be an earth shattering feeling. A wave of uncontrollable emotions. I know I had my fair share of them, here I discuss what a heart break means to me; and how I maneuver to recover from such an uneasy feeling.

We BACK! I’m so excited to share this emotional episode regarding my now deceased father. I discuss various subjects like,”where I been”, “how I been” and “what’s new” in my life.
