In this episode of Mind Wellness Talks, it starts off with data about the levels of psychological distress among Australians during Covid-19 from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). A survey from the Australian Association of Psychologists is used. The hosts, Chloe and Ameera, then move on to talk about their experience accessing mental health services in Australia and Singapore. Transitioning from the conversation, information from an interview with Wayside Chapel’s spokesperson, Kate Morrow, on low-income individuals and the services there are at Wayside Chapel are relayed.
