    In this debut episode, we dive into the topic of "Overcoming the Slump."Many of us are currently navigating a period of change, whether it's the holiday season—often a source of stress due to obligations, financial pressures, or time constraints—or the challenge of participating in national traditions that may not align with our personal beliefs.On top of that, political shifts and the uncertainty of the times are weighing heavily on many, causing stress and fear, often leading to negative expectations.Add to that the strain of economic changes, trying to balance time between work, family, and friends, sometimes at the expense of our own self-care...Whatever the source of your current challenges, I believe this episode will offer something for everyone.
