My name is Dr. Bernadette Dancy, and I am a Stress Management Coach and founder of Stress Ed. specializing in lifestyle changes for stress, burnout, and mental health. I've spent over 20 years studying the body and mind and if there's one thing that I have learned during this time it is that they exist in partnership BUT we as humans often see them as separate entities. There's also a prevailing 'more is more' culture in sport, health and exercise and yet this isn't always true.
