On a late cool May night in 1983, a Springfield Oregon mother brings her 3 young children to the hospital with gun shot wounds and barely clinging to life. She claims they were almost carjacked by a "bushy haired stranger" on a rural back road but in the coming months her lies and obssesions would come to light.Disclaimer: The opinions in this podcast are of our own. Murder in the PNW - The Case of Oen Nicholson
30 year old Oen Evan Nicholson was living with his 83 year old father in an RV off the parking lot of a tribal casino in Coos Bay, Oregon. In June of 2021, Oen suffered a manic episode believing the FBI was out to murder him. In his delusional state, Oen would murder four people and carjack/kidnap another.
