My first show

This is the first audio I’m sharing under the name Sensed Ecology.It was recorded at dusk, in a forest close to where I live, on Imbolc, a threshold time in the year, when something begins to stir beneath the surface.This is not a scripted podcast. It’s an attunement. A listening.I speak from the land, from the body, and from what is happening in the moment — weaving personal experience, rewilding science, and older memories of relationship with land, care, and resistance.I call this first offering A Loving Resistance.You’re welcome to listen slowly, or not all at once.This is an invitation to pause, to sense, and to keep company with what wants to be born.
