Health Benefits of Aromatherapy for Aging with Jessica Wiehle

Today I speak with my friend Jessica Wiehle about essential oils, her business Aromawell, and the mission she is on.  About Jessica: The benefits of aromatherapy reach far and wide. I have been working with medicinal plants for almost two decades.  My early research demonstrated promising findings in many areas currently dominated by modern medicine.Since, I have witnessed how aromatherapy can successfully address symptoms such as pain, insomnia, mental health and more. This inspired me to gain more education as an aromatherapist and seek opportunities to put clinical aromatherapy to the test. One area I’ve witnessed essential oils touch lives the most is with the sick and elderly.  In 2013 I was invited to work with a nursing home to address symptoms they were struggling to manage.  The gentle and subtle way essential oils soothe what ailed senior citizens was welcomed and needed.  Witnessing their relief lead me to continue my work in eldercare in addition to providing essential oils and aromatherapy education to other sectors and the general consumer. It is not just the good smells, it’s the good life.  A life I want to share with you. Pause for a moment and think about it: Envision a life rich with vitality and joy, replete with pleasure and freedom. Imagine a simple inhale carries you into a state of bliss, healing body, mind and soul at once.Aromawell - Jessica Wiehleemail: [email protected]/FB: @aromawelleoDon't forget to like and subscribe to my channel @yourparentporterNicole Porter - Your Parent [email protected]
