Hello, and welcome to the very first episode of the Next Level Self Podcast! I’m so grateful you’re here and I am so excited to begin this journey with you. In today’s episode, I’m opening up about my own path—and sharing some of the key moments and lessons that have shaped my journey to this point.But more than that, this episode is about YOU and your own journey toward self-discovery and alignment. We’ll explore what it means to nurture the relationship with yourself, to get grounded in self-awareness, and to check in with your heart and soul to make sure your life is in alignment with your deepest values.As I reflect on my story, I share how my multicultural roots and the wisdom of my two grandmothers—Mama Ruth and Mama Estela—helped shape my wellness journey. Growing up in Southern California with a deep Guatemalan heritage, I was introduced to wellness practices like green juicing, yoga, and acupuncture before they became mainstream. These early lessons planted a seed and laid the groundwork for my passion for holistic living.I’ll also take you through some of the pivotal experiences that led me to embrace self-love and mindfulness in a way that transformed both my personal life and my career. After facing burnout, I turned to practices like meditation, yoga, and hypnotherapy—and those tools have helped me discover a deep sense of peace and purpose. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned on my journey so far is: when we embody the version of ourselves we want to become, we begin to attract the life we desire.This episode is a taste of what's to come.
