How Anick Beaulieu is architecting connections, global leadership and a life on her own terms.
In this powerful episode of No Ceilings, Anick Beaulieu (CEO of C2) proves that the most impactful leadership isn't just about managing teams—it’s about architecting human connection and building a life on your own terms. From her roots in family real estate to leading global business summits, Anick shares how a "nonlinear" path can be your greatest strength. As a Power Mom in the C-suite, she challenges the status quo, reminding us that we don't have to choose between a high-octane career and a meaningful family life. Her secret? Stop doing the job you have and start doing the job you want. If you’ve ever felt stuck behind a glass ceiling, let Anick’s journey inspire you to design your own room, break the rules of "traditional" networking, and lead with both grit and grace. Some key takeaways from this episode : Intentional Design: Meaningful connection doesn't happen by accident; it requires designing methodologies (like workshops or unique environments) that force people to tackle problems together.Transferable Skills: Don't be afraid of a "nonlinear" path. Skills from real estate, sales, or sports are often the very things that make a leader stand out in a new industry.Presence Over Perfection: Anick advocates for being "really present" in whatever role you are in at the moment—whether as a CEO, a wife, or a mother—focusing on quality of connection over quantity of time. Her advice is to wake up and do our best, regardless of what best looks like that day.Find out more about No Ceilings :Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/noceilingspodcast/?hl=enPartnerships : [email protected] : https://www.linkedin.com/company/no-ceilings-podcast/
