No Filter with Sabby & Gela

On this episode we talk about the frustration that we have with people the interchange the terms Global Warming and Climate Change. We touch on why we think people are not aware of their environmental impacts and the misconceptions of global warming when there's winter storms and negative 40 weather occurring in other parts of the world.  Listen as we voice our frustrations and maybe learn a little from the tidbit from Sabby of how to be environmentally be aware!

Our guest on this episode is a fitness enthusiast and friend that will talk to us about fitness being more than just an outward appearance to have for show.  We'll talk about the mental wellness and impact of being fit and exercise  no matter your skill level you are.

This week we are talking about the one of the biggest issue and topic that a parent such as me (not Sabby yet though) is worried about, our children going back to school. We talk about my anxiety and some pointers on how to lessen worries that we have during this time.
