A distinguished career in sport, starting with Sunderland FC, over 16 years at Scottish Golf and now nearing 5 years with the largest scholarship recruitment company in Europe. I was delighted to be able to chat with Glasgow based Sports Psychologist, Dr Paul McCarthy. His experience of working with club golfers, elite amateurs and also Tour Professional is second to none. There are a few key takeaways from this episode that all golfers could apply to their game, no matter their ability.
