With a M.St. in History from the University of Oxford, a JD from the University of Texas, and many unlettered lessons from various lands in between, she is grateful to have already lived many lifetimes. She is currently settled in Bath, Somerset, with her husband and children.Her debut memoir, No Prayer More Powerful, charts the early years of marriage and motherhood, taking us through two Christmastime births and life in the aftermath of premature twins. It is a story of challenge and victory, of homemaking, homecoming and initiation. It is a story of revelation and intergenerational healing. Above all, it is a prayer for the mothers, and an invocation of the gentle but infinite power they bring forth as the bearers of new life.
