They were tired of hearing rappers promote ignorance and crime without any balance showing the downside to living a thug lifestyle. No Water decided to make music that still reflected the reality of the streets, but also covered political topics as well as social issues and every day struggles we all go through and can relate to. With that in mind, they began production on JFK's first solo album in 7 years, Docta Jack Frost Kevorkian (JFK) Assisted Suicide. The album combines humor with grisly tales of MC Murder as Docta JFK takes out his enemies who he sees as destroying the culture of Hip-Hop. He eliminates effeminate rappers, wearing skirts and questionable clothing, as well as dope dealers who influence listeners to sell drugs as if there are no legal repercussions. The album remains on theme throughout the project, using vivid skits to weave the story of Docta JFK together and keeping the listeners' ears glued to the radio. In between stories of justified MC homicide, are guest appearances by ATL legend, Pastor Troy on Bringing Back Atlanta, as well as No Water artists Jayski Portboy, Dutch, Monni Monroe, and Chantey. For fans of Hip Hop in the tradition of Ice Cube, NWA, and 2Pac,this will be a guaranteed all time favorite. Story telling, dope lyrics, great production, and substance- what more is there to say?? Do me and You a favor and check out Docta JFK: Assisted Suicide Today.
