It’s okay not to be okay, but we have to make sure that we take care of and actively try and better ourselves, so we can prevent it from happening again, or at least making sure it happens less. When we stop taking care of our minds, nurturing positive thoughts and so on, we tend to end up in some sort of outburst of emotion, if that’s feeling extremely sad for a long period of time, continuous aggression or having panic attacks, we all experience it. This is mental illness. I am a sixteen year old girl and want to talk about it. I hope you join me on this journey! Because I have issues, but I am pretty sure you have them too.
