Not Perfect, Just Growing.

The phrase "Not Perfect Just Growing' has become such an important mantra in my life. I first saw it on the wall at my old gym, and ever since, it's stuck. There have been many times where I would dog on myself for not 'fixing" myself or healing myself quick enough or times where I've just felt not good enough. Then a little voice in my head will pipe up with "you don't have to be perfect girl, you just have to be growing". That's the message I want to get across with this podcast. I want to create a safe space and community that doesn't make you feel like you have to be constantly fixing yourself or constantly trying to make yourself perfect. I want to do this by creating a balance between light hearted, fun, and silly episodes, and also having deeper more meaningful and healing episodes.
