Not So Clueless

Not So Clueless isn’t just about growth, it’s about learning, unlearning, and expanding how we see ourselves. As I navigate my 20s, I’m sharing the lessons I’m learning in real time to help you think beyond what you know and step into who you’re meant to be.

    Movement creates momentum

In this episode, I talk about movement, momentum, and learning how to work with my brain instead of against it.I share my new approach to productivity, a “productivity menu”, where I break big goals down into smaller, manageable actions and schedule them in 20-minute slots throughout the day.Instead of forcing myself to focus on one thing per season (which doesn’t work for me as someone with ADHD), I focus on multiple areas at once and aim to improve by 1% every day.I also open up about what it feels like to operate in a world that isn’t designed for ADHD brains and the tension of trying to find a middle ground between playing the game and living authentically. We get into: Why motivation isn’t the goal, movement is My experience so far quitting social media before 12pm Breaking my phone addiction and becoming more intentional with consumption The shift from consumer to creator Why people don’t “blow up overnight” and the unseen reps behind growth How my inconsistent content creation in the past still built skills I use today The responsibility we have, as adults with ADHD, to set boundaries with platforms not designed for usThis episode is unstructured, honest, and reflective. Just like the process of building momentum when your brain doesn’t follow traditional rules.Hope you enjoy!

    Perfect is boring.

Welcome back to Not So Clueless :)In this episode, “Perfect is boring”, I talk about the two types of perfectionism I’ve personally experienced and how this can hinder your growth.I dive into:- Understanding what perfectionism is and how it can show up- The impact of the fear of starting- Why perfect is boring This is definitely one of my favourite episodes so if you feel like you resonate or have any advice or anything to share, I would love to hear from you in the comments.

    Who do you identify as?

In this episode, I talk about identity. How the way we see ourselves shape the way we move through life. I share my thoughts on doing a life audit: getting honest about who you think you are, how you believe others see you, and what it means to redefine that for yourself.

I Pressed Record Before I Was Ready

In my first episode, I express what it looks like to start before you feel ready. I started this podcast and I don’t have it all figured out, I just pressed record.I cover topics about the fears that hold us back, the outside noise that can make us second-guess ourselves, and how checking your belief system can help you move forward with confidence. This episode is a reminder that you don’t need to have every detail planned to start, you just need to start. If you’ve been waiting for the perfect moment to chase a dream or goal, this is your sign to start now.
