In my four episodes I talk about my experiences on self-care, love, maintaining a positive outlook on life regardless of life's difficulty. I believe you have to continue on pushing in life with a smile on your face, working each day to become a better you than you were yesterday. A person who has a set mindset to do better is determined and has already made up their mind to keep it that way and not let outside distraction with negativity get inside your on point mindset. It's important to remind yourself who you are and know what you bring to the table. We can no longer let fear make decisions for us, this is why I created an on point mindset for myself to make me stronger.
