    Food Demons

    Hey you lovely bunch! This week I am chatting about Food demonisation! Food is not good or bad, naughty or fattening! There is just Nutrient Dense food and not-so nutrient dense food. You don't have to give up whole food groups and you shouldn't unless allergies force you to! Hope this is helpful! Claire x

    This is a nonsense phrase! It doesn't work for clothing, life, weight loss or anything else for that matter! I talk today about the fact that different people will need different strategies with regard to their fat loss. I don't think that we should be telling people what the 'average' is because people need individual guidelines.     A New Start - October 2023

    SO! Where have I been?? I have been figuring stuff out! I have been on a fat loss journey and have lost almost 2 stone now since June and I have made some decisions about my coaching! I will be taking on clients soon with a specialism in Mental and Physical health in weight loss.     Welcome to One Chance Coaching Podcast

    As I am just starting out in coaching I thought a podcast would be a good idea to tackle some of those areas that we could all use some clarity on! I work one to one with clients all on Zoom so everyone can stay in their comfortable place. It means you will be more likely to open up to me as a coach if you are feeling secure in your own environment. I am not setting a regular timetable for pods, rather they will be done as and when. In life we all know that things don't always go to plan and that a busy working life can get in the way. So I think it's better to keep things free!
