I noticed a long time ago that I had an almost super power to motivate others, especially in the realm of fitness. You see a lot of what you need when trying to change your life for the better is motivation. Some people have great willpower and are able to motivate them selves to achieve great things! Some people need a little push and guidance! This is where I step in.
