Tracking a Mysterious Woman.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/8d7bf0c1 After completing Kong's course, I searched the bazaar for hairpin intel. A foreign merchant directed me to the auction. While waiting, I eavesdropped on a women discussing the Treasurer, overheard a dark perfume recipe, and conversed with her before following her into the grand auction. I had to keep looking for intel in the bazaar. And suddenly, I found this merchant calling me upstairs to look at his wares. So I decided to visit the foreign merchant's stall in the bazaar. The merchant followed me upstairs after I climbed up the stairs. And there I noticed some hairpins, but not the one I was looking for. But the merchant gave me intel that I could find the hairpin at the auction. When I was waiting for the auction to begin, I found these ladies talking about the Treasurer. So I eavesdropped on their conversation and understood they were a perfume supplier and a customer there who knew about the Treasurer. Then I had to follow the mysterious woman who was talking with the perfume supplier, and they were talking more about the Treasurer on their way. I had to eavesdrop on their conversation again after they reached a cabin, where they talked about a perfume that mentioned they needed blood, which was essential in the scent. And then Basim realized this woman could be from the Caliph's inner circle, as she knew the Treasurer. As Basim decided to speak to the woman, I walked ahead toward her when she was resting. After greeting her, Basim introduced himself as a perfume admirer, mentioning he could not help but overheard them about the perfume. And then they had a conversation about the perfume only, while Basim tried to find some clues. Then the lady started walking toward the auction to join it while I kept following her, and I went for the auction as well. Until next time, happy gaming. A Ceramic Saucer.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/2a288c29 Seeking the treasurer's identity, Basim questioned Kong, who demanded the return of a ceramic saucer from his rival Luca. After using an explosive jar to clear a blocked passage and climbing a shelf to retrieve the item, I returned it to Kong for intel detailing the treasurer's embroidered robe. So I still had to look for intel in the bazaar to explore the treasure's identity through the crowded market stalls. And I started looking around for any intel, and that's when I found Kong standing near his stall. Basim asked Kong if he had any information about the treasurer who works for the Caliphate to trace the order's influence. But Kong said he does have something mentioning it hurts to give precious information for free, requiring a favor. Yeah, you won't need a foe if you have a friend like him. In the conversation, Kong said someone stole a precious ceramic saucer from him, whose name Luca and always been jealous of him. And I should be able to find the saucer in the crates near Luca's stall, so I went inside there. Then I dragged and moved a shelf to get to a height where I found some explosive jar. I didn't know what to use them for in the immediate vicinity. After getting down and exploring around the dusty corners of the storage area, I noticed there was a hole on the wall, but it was blocked. So I used one of those explosive jars to unblock the path. Then I dragged that heavy shelf out of that wall and moved it to that place where I saw something was above near the ceiling beams. I used the height as an advantage to climb up into the hidden crawlspace. After getting there through the gap, I found the ceramic saucer that Kong asked for resting safely on a desk. And then I jumped out of that place with a leap of faith into a wagon. I brought the saucer to Kong and the way he was talking, Basim managed to understand it was not his that someone stole. Actually I stole it for him, and then he gave me intel about the treasurer wearing a beautiful embroidered robe. Until next time, happy gaming. Rooftop Cache.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/04cffcb3 To expose the treasurer controlling the Karkh district, I used Enkidu to find a rooftop bandit meeting. After infiltrating the roof and neutralizing multiple guards with throwing knives, I detonated an explosive jar to eliminate the main targets, looted a locked supply chest, and returned to the streets below. I had to assassinate the treasurer who is sitting at the top of Karkh's web of power, controlling taxes and extorting the merchants of Karkh. I had to look for intel to expose the treasurer's identity, searching through local records and whispering crowds to find a solid lead. I called in Enkidu to look for intel in the bazaar from a high bird's-eye view. And I noticed there was a meeting of bandits on top on the roof of the big building of the bazaar. I decided to infiltrate that meeting to see what secrets they were sharing, so I climbed up on top of that roof. I found there were guards around patrolling the roof. Before getting to the men who were in a dense conversation about their stolen goods, I started taking care of some guards with throwing knives. The blades flew silently through the air, dropping the outer sentries into the shadows before they could scream. Then I noticed there was another guard at another side of the roof near the hanging fabrics, whom I tried to take down with a throwing knife. But he survived the initial strike as it caught his shoulder armor, alerting him to my exact position. The guard then started chasing me with his sword drawn. So after climbing up on a height to break his line of sight, I took him down using another throwing knife, hitting a vital spot to end the pursuit. And at last, I reached close to those men having a conversation without being spotted by the remaining lookouts. They had an explosive jar beside them, which I exploded throwing a knife. As all the guards on the roof were neutralized, I at last jumped down into the central area. I found the bazaar rooftop bandit's chest key, which I used to unlock this chest and found some good supplies there. I thought it was one of the vital intel pieces I was looking for to reveal the treasurer's face, but no, it was just something that would give me some cool supply. So I jumped off that roof to get back to my main mission. Until next time, happy gaming. Note: The icon for the thumbnail is collected from steamgriddb.com

The Golden Ticket.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/a0001b62 Now that the harbor master was dead, Kong owed me. I defeated a guard on my way, stole an artifact, and secured a grand auction invitation from Kong. After briefing with Rebekah and Roshan, I met Roshan near the souq to prepare an undercover assassination targeting the Treasurer. Now that the harbor master was dead, Kong owed me, and he should give me a way to enter the grand auction. So I had to return to Kong, but on my way, I had to stop seeing a guard on a wall who was watching around closely to keep anyone from trespassing. I called Enkidu to see if I can use the bard to distract him, like Bayek does with Senu in his game, but I couldn't. So I climbed up and I took him down in a melee attack before he could alert the neighborhood. And then I jumped off that wall to get a shortcut down to the lower alleyways, and this scene looked dope, right? On my way through the dying factory, I noticed an old man was carrying a Dervis's artifact in his belt pouch, so I borrowed it from him. No, actually I stole it with a quick pickpocketing maneuver while he was looking away. Then I reached the crowded bazaar and went for Kong's stall, where I should find him among his goods. After getting in, Basim found him frightened with a stick in his hand, ready to defend himself from any sudden threats. After a brief conversation, Kong gave Basim an invitation to the auction, suggesting him not to ask him where he got it from, unless he wants lies. We knew someone influential is looking for the hairpin, and the grand auction is the only chance left. So before going there, I had to meet Rebekah and Roshan at the bureau to update them on my progress. Roshan left us after the briefing, asking me to meet her near the souq, and I was ready for the next phase. So I also left the bureau, and ran to the spot through the winding paths. And it looked like the souq was actually near the bazaar, or maybe it's their secret language of the bazaar to keep outsiders confused. After reaching Roshan, she told me the plan which was entering the auction as a merchant, wishing to bid on exotic artifacts. The goal was to obtain the hairpin from the auction to attract anyone who is after it. Roshan even gave me the task to assassinate the target who we were after for so long, and then she left me. She mentioned silence is better for the wise, and how much more so for fools, leaving me to contemplate her words. After Roshan left, Enkidu sat on Basim's hand and Basim asked her if they needed luck, as Roshan wished them luck before leaving. Then Basim talked about the masked man, who is known as the treasurer, who let me know some details of a target, as I would need to assassinate this one next. Until next time, happy gaming. Leap of the Faithful.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/0c3cab30 While heading back to Kong, I found a boy on a high ledge trying to impress the Hidden Ones. Basim decided to teach him the leap of faith to get him down safely. After the boy successfully jumped, Basim promised to meet him again once he became a man. I had to return to Kong, but I decided to synchronize with the leap of faith around to unlock a fast travel point for future use. After getting close to that location, I noticed there was this boy on a risky height looking out over the city. I climbed up to him. I decided to speak with the boy to see why he was risking his life. Basim mentioned he did all kinds of foolish things to impress his friends when he was the boy's age, but the boy replied he did not do it for his friends, he did it for the Hidden Ones. The boy said not everyone believes in the Hidden Ones, but he does, seeing them as the true protectors of the people. He was trying to get their attention by climbing up there. Then Basim decided to show him how the Hidden Ones jump from those heights into the hay. The boy was happy as Basim decided to show him how to do it properly. I knew Basim was doing it just to get the kid safely below the dangerous ledge. And then I tried a leap of faith from there. After getting down, Basim told the boy he is unharmed, so he asked him to do it. And the boy tried a jump that looked scary and uncoordinated at first. But at least he landed on the exact haystack, which told me he was in one piece. Then the boy came out of the haystacks, mentioning he was okay after the fall. The boy mentioned he can do anything if only someone shows him first. Then Basim left him, suggesting the boy seek him out when his voice begins to break and he becomes a man. Now on to my task, as I went there to climb up on top of the tower and synchronize with the location. After climbing to the summit, I could see the entire district, stretching out toward the horizon in the morning light. After doing the synchronization, I tried a leap of faith again, but this time it was from a greater height than before. Until next time, happy gaming. Chaos Unleashed.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/faacde5e I was done assassinating the harbor master, but I decided to take down all the remaining soldiers before leaving. I used uncaged cougars to thin the enemy ranks and finished the survivors with air assassinations and melee. Finally, I dived underwater to retrieve a key for a locked gear chest. I was done assassinating the harbor master, but I was not done having fun around the restricted area. So I decided to take down all the soldiers around before leaving the place. I noticed there were two soldiers at the bank of the river, so I went for them while they were distracted. I noticed there was a third one nearby, but fortunately he was turned away, so I could assassinate all three of them without any noise. Then I noticed there were two cougars caged near the center of the camp, likely kept as trophies by the guards. I uncaged them to see if I could use them to attack the remaining soldiers around the area and create a distraction. But when I tried to lure them towards the enemies, the cougars tried to attack me instead of the soldiers. I hardly dodged its attack, noticing how its claws narrowly missed my shoulder. Then I noticed my trick actually worked when an enemy soldier got attacked by the cougars and got killed as well during the confusion. The cats attacked with incredible speed, took the guard down real fast. I lured the cougars to another site where a soldier started blowing his horn to alert the others. The sound echoed through the harbor. Then I climbed on a roof to watch the show. I was not looking for a fight with the cats myself, so I climbed up on a roof from where I could see the cougars clearly. I watched them taking them down one by one, with the soldiers struggling to defend themselves against the wild fury. The rooftops provided the perfect vantage point to stay safe. But there was one soldier who survived the animal attack, whom I took down with an air assassination later. And then I found there was one more whom I also assassinated with my hidden blade. Then I went to another site of the harbor where I found more soldiers patrolling the lower docks. One by one they came to fight me and I took them all down in melee attacks. There was a chest that required a key to open and I realized the key was underwater, stuck among the shipwrecks. So I dived underwater and found the key. Then I opened the chest to get the hidden gears. The new equipment felt heavy and well-crafted in my hands. Then I noticed there was another cage with two wild cougars at the far end of the pier. I opened up the cage door and I ran away, leaving them into open air to cause whatever trouble they wished. Until next time, happy gaming. Assassinating the Harbormaster.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/9e08425a After receiving intel, I infiltrated a restricted harbor to assassinate the harbormaster. I cleared a marksman who blocked Enkidu, and navigated through a hole in the wall. After a brief battle with some guards, I used my focus ability to clear the harbormaster's protection and executed him. From the last camp infiltration, I got intel about a harbormaster controlling the flow of the goods in and out of Baghdad. He seemed to be working under someone's orders, and I had to assassinate him to disrupt their operations. After getting there, I called Enkidu to check around and mark the enemy positions from above. But there was a marksman on a roof who spooked the eagle with a warning shot and became my next target. I noticed there were guards at the entrance, so it wouldn't be too easy for me to get into the restricted area. When I was looking around for an entrance into the area, I noticed there was this man carrying a Dervis artifact. It was quite valuable, so I moved through the crowd and I stole it without him ever noticing my presence. I continued looking around and I found this guard guarding a hole in the wall, whom I took down after shooting with a sleeping dart from a distance. I moved in quickly and then I threw the dead body in the river to ensure it wouldn't be found by anyone next. I went inside through that hole and I assassinated a nearby soldier who never even had a chance to draw his sword as I stepped from the shadows behind him. When I was waiting to check movements of the other soldiers, one of them noticed the body I left behind. All of them started coming towards me, so I ran away and they came outside to search for me. I got bored hiding from their search parties, so I decided to take the fight to them in the open. I took all of them down with a flurry of strikes that left them breathless. Then I went inside the perimeter and I climbed up to the roof from where the marksman was messing up with Enkidu earlier. I took him down along with another guard who was stationed nearby. The sky was finally open for Enkidu again, so I called him back and I marked the harbormaster on a roof overlooking the main pier. He was pacing back and forth, appearing anxious as he looked out over the ships. When I was getting close to the harbormaster, I noticed there were two soldiers around him acting as personal bodyguards. So I used my focus ability to take the soldiers down in one fluid motion, crossing the distance before they could even react. The harbormaster didn't have any idea that his soldiers were getting down right behind him as he continued to stare at the water. Before he could know anything or call for help, I assassinated him from the behind. Until next time, happy gaming. Note: The icon for the thumbnail is collected from steamgriddb.com

The Final Perimeter.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/3151f145 I used my launch ability to instantly defeat three soldiers clustered together after clearing the entrance. I assassinated the remaining guards at the back entrance and inside a house to secure vital intel. After taking down a final hidden soldier, I collected the last piece of information and exploded a barrel before leaving. After clearing the front entrance of the camp with relative ease, I went to the back where I noticed three soldiers standing at the same place. They were huddled around a small fire, talking loudly and laughing, which made me realize I didn't see any window to take them down in stealth. The area was too open, and any move would have alerted the whole group instantly. So I decided to use my launch ability instead, focusing my energy on the center of their little gathering. I took all three of them down in an instance without any struggle. It was a clean, efficient move that ensured no alarm was raised while I moved deeper into the facility's interior. Then there was this guard at the back entrance, who had no idea death was coming for him as I crouched toward him quietly. I kept my footsteps light, making sure to avoid the loose gravel that could have given away my position at the last second. I thought this one was the last soldier of the camp who was checking around something. He seemed preoccupied with a manifest or a ledger, which gave me the perfect opening to strike. I assassinated him with a swift blow, pulling his body behind the crates to keep the path clear for my exit. Then I noticed there was another soldier inside a house nearby who was guarding a document I needed for my mission. So after I assassinated him, I grabbed the information. Then suddenly I noticed there was another soldier who was actually the last one of them, tucked away in a small corner I had overlooked. He somehow saw me and reached for his weapon. He was the only soldier I took down in a proper melee in this camp. There was one last piece of information I had to gather, and I found it back where I killed three soldiers with my launch ability. It was sitting on a desk. After grabbing the information, I exploded an explosive barrel to cover my tracks before finally leaving the camp for good. Until next time, happy gaming. A Clean Sweep.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/ddf71160 After a soldier discovered a body, I eliminated him from above and continued my infiltration using sleep darts and hidden blade. I cleared a shed and handled a suspicious guard before securing more intel. Finally, I removed the remaining perimeter guards, including two heavy soldiers, to ensure the area was completely clear. I noticed a soldier somehow found the dead body I left in the grass earlier after getting the intel from that house. I leaned forward and I assassinated him from the air, dropping onto his shoulders and silencing him before he could shout out to other guards. Then I went ahead and found this soldier relaxing there, leaning against some sacks. I didn't find an opening for a direct assassination from my current angle without being spotted, so I shot him with a sleeping dart, and then I assassinated him. There were two more soldiers right beside me in a shed, surrounded by old crates. Well, after taking them both down, I tried to hide the bodies in the corner of the shed. I worked quickly, knowing that a patrol was scheduled to pass close-by. But another soldier from the outside noticed something was unusual as he glanced through the open doorway. He came inside to check and found a dead body that I hadn't managed to pull into the shadows yet. So I had to be quick in assassinating him as well. Then I found this man guarding another document on a desk near the back of the camp. I assassinated him and grabbed the information real quick. The scrolls contained valuable details, which would be useful for my next mission. I went outside and noticed a guard whom I distracted to come to the side by whistling from behind a stone wall. When the soldier was going back after not finding me, I assassinated him from the behind, ensuring he fell quietly into the water. Then this soldier suddenly came out of nowhere and started looking for me around as he found a dead body I left behind. He was alert and moving with his spear drawn. So I ran to him and I assassinated him real fast, catching him in a sprint. That heavy soldier became my next target who was wearing thick armor, so a direct fight would have been loud and dangerous for my current position. After following him to a safe side, I assassinated him with a precise strike to his back, with my hidden blade. There were two more guards at the entrance area, standing watch by the gates. I first took down a regular soldier with a swift hidden blade strike, and then I went for the heavy soldier at the entrance, taking him down as well to ensure that the path was completely clear for my escape. Until next time, happy gaming. Note: The icon for the thumbnail is collected from steamgriddb.com

The Confiscation Crisis.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/32d96415 After refusing Luca's paid help, I used Enkidu to locate a confiscated warehouse for Kong. Along the way, I inspected my own bounty poster and successfully pickpocketed a mysterious shard from a trained lady. I then infiltrated the warehouse, eliminated some guards, and secured a vital written clue. Basim's friend Kong mentioned someone was confiscating his wares and required Basim's help about it. So I had to find the confiscation warehouse first, and this man, this merchant named Luca, called me to offer his help in finding the location. However, I had to pay him for the information, which felt like a trap I wasn't quite ready to fall into just yet. I had two ways to handle the situation and gather the intel I needed. I could pay Luca to know the location of the warehouse immediately, or I could take Enkidu's help to fly around and look for the warehouse myself. I chose the latter. Following the clues that Kong gave me, I located the warehouse. After locating the warehouse using Enkidu's help, I was going there but on my way, I found some people were checking on a bounty poster with Basim's figure on it. So I stopped there to tear the poster. On my way, I found this lady who was carrying a mysterious shard, and this was the first time I found a shard carrier without a bodyguard nearby. But she looked trained herself, that suggested she was more than capable of defending her prize if I was spotted. While she turned the other side, I moved through the shadows having an innocent look on my face. I went back and I stole the shard and I escaped the place before she knew her treasure was gone. I continued my journey towards the confiscated warehouse. After getting there, I called Enkidu again to check how many guards were there that I had to take care of after entering the place. I tagged every guard I could see from above. After checking around the warehouse for a weak point in the perimeter, I jumped off a height from a nearby ledge. I assassinated my first target with a silent strike of my hidden blade, even though there was another guard close by. After hiding the dead body in the grasses around the courtyard, I went for this guard who was guarding from a height. I assassinated him quietly from behind. The warehouse was slowly becoming quiet as I was dismantling their security presence one man at a time. Then I went inside a house where I found another guard standing over a desk, and after assassinating him, I found a clue there in written format. It was the first clue of more I would have to gather next to find exactly where Kong's wares were being held. Until next time, happy gaming. Delivery for Kong.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/363e5dbd I located and old friend Kong in Karkh to gather information on seized goods. After rescuing a crate of confiscated tea leaves from a heavily guarded warehouse, I returned the goods to Kong's stall. Kong agreed to help Basim infiltrate the exclusive Grand Auction in exchange of another quest. There was an old friend of Basim that I could reach out to in Karkh who might have leads on the recent trouble. Basim had not seen him for a long while, but he knew this friend might have information about the seizing of goods by the authorities. I went looking for him through the crowded streets and found him quarreling loudly with a local merchant. Portraying them with a sense of caution, I watched as that man stopped the fight with the merchant to address me. He refused to recognize Basim at first, but after a few tense moments, we understood he was only joking. Before following that man to his stall to talk more privately, he turned back and taunted the merchant he was fighting with earlier. It was clear that Kong enjoyed the social friction of the marketplace and wasn't afraid to make a few enemies along the way. After following him to his stall, he asked for my help with a personal problem before he would share any secrets. He needed me to fetch his confiscated crate of tea leaves from a nearby warehouse where the authorities had stored them. I reached the warehouse and understood the area was clearly marked as off-limits. I stayed back for a moment, planning the best way to slip inside without causing a massive scene in the middle of the day. I didn't even enter the restricted area yet, but that guard at the gate started chasing me after seeing me lingering too close. After trying to escape him by running through the nearby market stalls, I noticed there were more of them who joined in that chase. So I stopped and I decided to fight them all to clear my path back to the warehouse. I drew my blade and took them all down, and it was fun taking these guards down. I entered that building and found another guard on the floor above watching the storage crates. After taking him out silently, I had to move some heavy obstacles to find the specific crate of tea leaves that Kong had described. Then I carried the crate through the backstreets to Kong, who was waiting for me at his stall with an anxious expression. He got very happy as I helped him by claiming his confiscated crates back from the soldiers. With the task finished, Basim told him that he needed to get into the Grand Auction with his help. Kong's expression became serious, mentioning that the auction is very exclusive and it is not easy to get in for someone without a formal invitation. Later, Kong said he can still help Basim find a way inside, but first, he had another task for me to help him with in the city. He needed one more favor to secure the necessary connections for an entry pass. 🔗 Apps which I recommend built by sagarkothari88 hReplierhPollshStats --------- hSnapshFestFactshCurators --------- 🎗️ Support & 🤙 Contact sagarkothari88 TransparencyVote as witnessSupport via DiscordKnow more about us Until next time, happy gaming. The End of Al-Anqa.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/261ec261 I used air assassinations and sleeping darts to clear the guards surrounding the tax collector's mansion. After neutralizing the heavy soldiers and luring a spearman into a trap, I infiltrated the inner chamber. I assassinated Al-Anqa before he could escape and found letters linking the harbor blockade to the people's stolen coins. I went for the heavy guard who almost saw me last time to ensure he wouldn't sound the alarm. I climbed high above his position and tried an air assassination on him in a very cool way. I didn't know there was another guard nearby who partially saw me taking down the heavy guard from the rooftops. He started to walk over to investigate the noise, so I shot him with a sleeping dart first to keep the situation quiet. Once he was unconscious on the ground, I moved in and assassinated him to clear the immediate area. Then I noticed there was not one but two more heavy soldiers guarding the main entrance. I waited for one of them to get on the move, away from his partner. I followed him into the shadows and took him down quietly, ensuring his body was hidden from the sight of the other guards. Then I went for the one who was guarding the entrance directly to finish clearing the path. I didn't want to waste any more time, so I assassinated him after running towards him without giving him a chance to strike back. Upon returning to the main courtyard, I noticed a spearman was looking around for me because he had found a dead body I left behind. As soon as he was close enough, I assassinated him and hid the body. I knew there were two more guards around the corner, so I had to be careful with my next move. After throwing a sleeping dart on one of them, I jumped on the other one to take him out instantly. Then I took care of the remaining one in his sleep as well. I had to assassinate Al-Anqa, the tax collector whom I noticed hiding inside a private chamber. The room was guarded by two soldiers who were no match for my blades. I took down the soldiers first, and ensured the target inside remained trapped. When I went for my target upstairs, he was about to escape right after seeing me enter the room. I didn't let him do it, as his crimes against the people needed to end there. I just assassinated him by slitting his throat before he could reach the door, ending his corrupt influence once and for all. I had to investigate the tax collector's mansion after assassinating the target to find any evidence of his schemes. I found some letters around. Basim felt a scent on one letter in particular; a scent of perfume, rose mixed with iron, which suggested a much more complex conspiracy was at play. Now I had to look into the other lead I had discovered among the papers. After getting information that the blockade at the harbor was being funded by the coin of the people, the motive became clear. I went out of the mansion to go for the next mission, ready to stop those who were strangling the city's trade. Mansion Infiltration.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/4e276286 After returning to the spot where I was previously killed, I defeated the soldiers and approached the tax collector's mansion. Using haystacks for cover and sleeping darts to neutralize groups of guards, I cleared the area. I also utilized Enkidu to scout the mansion from above before continuing my silent infiltration. At the restart, I approached the spot with a lot of caution where the soldiers killed me last time. Even after I tried to ignore the conflict, they noticed me and came for me anyway. This time I did not give them the same chance to overpower me like they did before. I stayed focused and took all of them down one by one with so much pleasure. It felt good to get my revenge on the guards who had stopped my progress earlier. Then I reached the area close to the mansion, but before infiltrating the main building, I noticed the surroundings to look for a stealthy way to get inside. I did not want to walk through the front door and alert everyone. After hiding in a large, I followed a big soldier as he walked his patrol route. I followed him until he was a little far from the other soldiers before I jumped out and took him down. I was going for the marksman who was making my entry difficult by watching the area, but another soldier came in my way suddenly. I had to take care of this guard first to ensure my path remained clear. Then I finally went for the marksman, who was checking around for any flying things or intruders in the courtyard. After getting close to his position by climbing the wall, I just assassinated him so quietly that the other guards below did not hear a thing. Right after that, I called Enkidu and explored the mansion from above to get a better view of the interior layout. My bird saw several more guards and identified where the tax collector was likely hiding. There was this soldier who was guarding a wall near the back entrance, whom I took down while another guard almost saw me from behind. There were not just one but three guards standing at the same spot near the main door. I had to use a different strategy there because a direct attack would have been too risky. I used sleeping darts to make all of them fall asleep at once and then assassinated them one by one easily while they were unconscious on the ground. Approaching the Target.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/b92be0f2 I defended merchants from a bandit attack and reached the Pomegranate Gate to gather intel on a corrupt tax collector. After synchronizing at a high tower and performing a leap of faith, I tried to infiltrate a mansion. However, I took the patrolling soldiers too lightly and was ultimately killed in a fierce chase. The bandits started attacking the merchants, completely ignoring me even though I was the real threat for them. I started taking them down one by one, while the merchants stayed back and did not defend themselves at all. I was really enjoying the fight against them, as I was overpowering them easily with my skills. I finished the fight by taking down the big warrior among the bandits, who was much tougher than the others. Leaving all those dead bodies behind in the dirt, we started riding again and reached the Pomegranate Gate of Karkh after a moment. We slowed our camels as we passed through the entrance. Then I had to speak to the lead merchant, who gave me intel on a tax collector who lived in an extravagant mansion. He described him as an indulgent man who extorts coin from the honest people of Karkh. This information gave me a clear target and a new objective to pursue in the city. While I was going for the tax collector, this soldier suddenly attacked me out of nowhere. The only reason I found for the attack was that he didn't have much time left to leave, lol. Before getting to the tax collector's mansion, I decided to synchronize with a point of interest first. For that, I had to take down this guard at an entrance who was blocking the path to the tower. I climbed up on the tall tower, where I discovered the point of interest and synchronized it. This allowed me to see the city layout clearly and gave me a fast travel point if I needed to return here later. The view from the top of the tower was absolutely breathtaking. Then I tried a cool leap of faith where Basim looked real cool as he dived into the hay below. I tried to capture this cool picture of him in mid-air, showing the perfect form of an assassin. It was a classic moment that never gets old no matter how many times I do it. Now I started a run for the mansion, but I stopped to tear a wanted poster of me off a wall. I didn't want to be on the soldiers' radars while I walked the street, as a high notoriety level would make my mission much more difficult than it needed to be. Right when I was close to the trespasser's mansion, some soldiers outside started chasing me. I led them to a safe place away from the main crowd and started attacking back. I felt confident that I could handle them just like I handled the bandits. Unfortunately, the soldiers overpowered me because I was taking them too lightly and not focusing enough on my defense. And they killed me easily. It was a harsh lesson about underestimating the city guard. A Dark Mystery.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/1288e4ec After scouting with Enkidu, I reached a merchant camp avoiding a snake attack. I investigated a mystery involving a beheaded horse and found a letter revealing an intimidation plot. While I was escorting the Greek merchants toward a Karkh gate, some bandits triggered an explosion to launch a surprise attack. After scouting the area using the help of Enkidu, I understood that I would have to get inside the date forest to look for the merchants. Then I noticed there was a wild snake close by all this time. It was coiled and ready to bite me, but I did not give it a chance to strike. Then I started riding through the beautiful green part of the desert. The landscape was full of life, providing a nice break from the dry sand I usually traveled across. After reaching the camp, I found the lead merchant and spoke with him about the trouble they were facing. We talked about a beheaded horse that had shocked everyone in the group. Basim said he would try to find out what happened there and promised to investigate the surrounding area for answers. I started investigating the merchant site and found the horse's head that had been carried to the center of the camp. It was a terrible sight to see. I found the merchant who was the owner of the horse crying nearby, and he gave me a small clue about the incident. I found another merchant who said the incident happened in the dark night, so he could not see the culprit very well. He saw someone moving in the shadows but he could not be sure of their identity. I called Enkidu again and I noticed there was a bandit trying to bury or dig something a little far from the camp. I went to him quickly and took him down to see if he was involved. Unfortunately, I did not find any useful clues on him that would explain the incident. Then I found a letter in the campsite that looked like guard instructions. This piece of paper gave Basim a final conclusion about what had actually happened there. It revealed a plan to scare the merchants away from Karkh. I had to go back to the lead merchant to conclude the investigation with him. Basim told him this was a work of intimidation. Someone was trying to prevent the merchants' arrival in the city. Basim decided to escort the merchant and his crew to the gates to prevent any worse fears from coming true. The merchants were happy to have me by their side, and we started riding for the Karkh gate. While we moved, a merchant said they came from a place called Greece, far across the water. They were carrying goods to and from Baghdad, and they thanked me for keeping their journey safe. On our ride, I noticed some barrels of oil on our way, and I understood something was not right. Suddenly, someone exploded the barrels, and a group of bandits came out to attack us. News of Extortion.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/8b7ee332 Roshan left me to investigate guard activity in Karkh Market. After witnessing merchants being harassed, I assassinated a Tha'abeen member to collect a mysterious shard. I learned of extortion and seized goods, leading me to ride south of Baghdad to find a merchant camp hidden in the wilderness. Roshan left me in the market alone after mentioning she heard about guards seizing foreign goods from the eastern road. I started surveying the area to see what was happening to the locals. The first thing I found was some merchants crying over their broken shop. They mentioned that those guards have no mercy and take whatever they want from the people. While I was on my mission to uncover the mystery in the market, I noticed one of the Tha'abeen members. She was carrying a mysterious shard that I needed for my collection. I went after her immediately and escorted her guard without notifying her. I stayed close in the shadows, waiting for the right moment to strike. I decided that I'd just steal the shard from the lady without hurting her. I was following her quietly through the crowd, but she suddenly joined a soldier for a gossip, which made it impossible for me to pick her pocket without being seen by the guard. The situation forced me to change my plans and assassinate both the lady and that soldier. I had to move quickly to collect the shard real fast so I could continue my investigation in the market. I reached another merchant's shop and found some guards were teasing a lady merchant. I stepped in and offered the guards a token to make them go away. They took the bribe and finally left the merchant in peace. I talked to the merchant who gave me news about someone extorting coins from the people in Karkh. She told me that traveling merchants were stranded outside Baghdad because their goods had been seized by the guards. I realized I had to find these stranded merchants to the south of the city to get more answers. The lady gave me more news in the market about the missing merchants. She said they were last seen around the southern part of Baghdad. I called Enkidu to check the area from the sky, but it looked like I was too far behind to see anything from my current position near the walls. I called my mount and started riding out of the city toward the wilderness. I headed south of Baghdad as fast as I could. I kept my eyes on the horizon for any sign of a camp or a group of people. After reaching close to the area, I stopped there to check around the landscape. I saw an under-constructed palace in the distance and guessed that might be the place I was looking for. I called Enkidu again to see if we could confirm the location. From the bird's eye view, I noticed the camp I was looking for was actually further into the wilderness. I could see the tents and the people from above, and I knew that was exactly where the missing merchants could be found. Until next time, happy gaming.

The Karkh Bureau.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/db497ffb Basim met Nehal at the Abbasiyah Bureau and reported his success to Tabid. I traveled toward the Karkh Bureau by boat and foot, taking down soldiers along the way to gather supplies. After meeting Roshan and Rebekah, I upgraded my gear and headed to the market to check on Karkh. After taking care of the last masked one, I had to visit the Abbasiyah Bureau to check in. I navigated through the busy town and eventually found the secret place where Nehal was waiting for Basim. Basim looked very surprised to see Nehal there in the hidden spot. Nehal started talking in a very emotional way about their past and the dangers they were facing. Basim had to listen closely and convince her to stay calm and trust the plan so they could both stay safe during the next part of the journey. Then Basim walked inside the bureau to tell Tabid about his mission being done at last. He gave his report and then took some time to rest inside the quiet rooms. I had to choose a new mission from the board, and I picked one that asked me to meet Rebekah at the Karkh Bureau. I thought the waterway would be a shortcut and much faster than walking. So I started rowing a boat through the narrow canals, but I soon noticed that the water was quite slow. Since the boat was not as fast as I hoped, I decided to try the other way. On my way, I spotted a locked crate guarded by a soldier. I assassinated the soldier quickly so I could steal some supplies from the crate. I tried to leave the other soldier alone as I walked past his post. However, he noticed me moving through the shadows and came over to meet his fate, which was my sword. I assassinated one more soldier on my way who was standing guard on a big wall. I was passing right beside him, so finished him before he could look into my eyes. After reaching close to the Bureau, I called Enkidu to fly high and check the area. I wanted to spot the exact location of the bureau from the sky, and I found it quickly with the help of Enkidu. I ran for the bureau and once inside, I found both Roshan and Rebekah waiting for me. Rebekah talked about the harsh reality of Karkh and how the people there were struggling. It was a very dark and difficult situation for everyone living in that part of town. I met Roshan outside after I finished upgrading and equipping some new gear from Ahmad. I also changed my outfit before following Roshan toward the local market to see the injustice of the soldiers, who were treating the mercenaries very poorly in the middle of the street. On our way to the market, Roshan said a lot of things to let me know more about the situation. After reaching the gate, Roshan welcomed me to the district. It seemed like Basim had a very good connection to this town. Until next time, happy gaming. Note: The icon for the thumbnail is collected from steamgriddb.com

The Great Symposium.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/228f780c I wore a patient's robe last time to get past the guards and find Fazil in the hall. I sat down as a test subject while he talked about science. When he came close, I used my hidden blade to kill him and then I escaped the area. After I put on the patient's robe, I could walk right through the guards without any trouble. They did not know it was me and they even showed me the way towards the big hall. I saw Fazil and some of his guards walking there as well to start the special test they had planned for the day. As I was a test subject, I had to walk right to the middle of that big hall where the test would happen. I noticed that Fazil was busy preparing his new invention and his guards stayed very alert all around the room. Basim sat down on the floor and stayed very quiet so the guards would not suspect anything. Fazil went over to him to tell him that everything was going to be alright. He tried to convince Basim that what was about to happen next was a good thing for science and for him. Then Fazil went back to his machines and started working on the final parts of the test. He mentioned that science is the noblest purpose and that knowledge is the greatest power in the world. Basim said "no" very boldly with a very angry face. This made Fazil confused, so he walked right toward Basim to listen to what he was saying more clearly. That was the perfect moment I was waiting for to get the opportunity to assassinate him while he was close. I did not waste any single second and I put my hidden blade right through his throat. Basim then wet the white feather with Fazil's blood as a proof of kill. After I got back up, I noticed that the whole environment around me had changed. Fazil's body started to dissolve and go away, and then the scary genie from the nightmare appeared there again. It was crawling towards Basim as the dark world started to fade away. I finally came out of that strange realm and I had to escape the place to finish the mission. I was very surprised to see that the guards were not around the area anymore. This gave me a great opportunity to walk out of this dangerous place very easily. Until next time, happy gaming. Note: The icon for the thumbnail is collected from steamgriddb.com

The Underground Descent.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/9cd50005 I used the secret phrase to pass the gatekeeper and find a hidden door behind some furniture. I entered the underground prison and killed several guards using stealth and a fire trap. I found a sick prisoner and took his robe to use as a disguise so I could get close to Fazil. After finding the lost book of Fazil, I went to the gate where I had to say the secret phrase. The gatekeeper would not let me pass to the area behind him without it. After I got inside, I saw that the whole area was filled with many fancy items. I also noticed some scrolls around the room while I looked for a way forward. I looked around and found a secret door that led to the underground. It was hidden very well behind a large piece of furniture that I had to move to get through. I went down into the underground space and found my first target. I stayed in the shadows and killed the guard quietly so no one else would hear me or find me. I followed another guard and killed him quickly. I saw another guard on the other side, but he did not turn around, so I was able to walk up and kill him easily too. I started to check the area and it looked like a big underground prison. There were many cells along the walls, but I did not see any prisoners in this part of the dungeon. I took down one more guard and saw a room ahead with three guards, along with a heavy one. I did not want to walk right in and fight all of them at the same time. One of the guards saw me and started to chase me, so I ran back to wait for him. He started to go back to his post, so I rushed him and killed him. I hit a jar that caught on fire and it killed the rest of the guards in that room. Another guard came to see what happened, and I killed him as well while he was looking. I reached a new space where I finally found prisoners in some of the cells. They looked very sad and it was clear they were living very miserable lives in that dark place. I found a prisoner in a special cell who was a test subject for Fazil. I took his robe to use as a disguise; I knew I could not use my weapons while wearing it. Until next time, happy gaming. For the Lost Book.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/2f3472f5 I eliminate the heavy guard and his companions systematically. After discovering letters and drawings regarding Fazil's lost book, I navigated a dangerous game of cat and mouse with a high-level heavy soldier. Following a final investigation of the library's maps and records, I recovered the book on a balcony, securing the secret phrase. I climbed onto some wooden logs high above to get a clear view of the soldiers below. I knew I needed a perfect opening on that heavy soldier to avoid a direct confrontation that could alert the entire floor. After setting a solid strategy, I utilized my focus power to take down the heavy guard instantly. Then, I made sure to assassinate the other soldier fast so he wouldn't have a chance to enter the conflict or call for backup. I searched the immediate area and found several detailed drawings and letters. They contained vital information regarding the lost book of Fazil, confirming it was still hidden somewhere within these walls. One last soldier was patrolling the hallway. He eventually walked toward my position and spotted the dead bodies; as he moved to investigate them, I dropped down, assassinated him, and hid the body before anyone else noticed. I started exploring the deeper sections of the library. While I found pieces of information describing what the book looked like and its historical significance, the actual volume remained elusive. Just when I thought the building was clear of any more enemies, another heavy soldier detected my movement. He started chasing me through the stacks, forcing me to sprint away to lose his line of sight. After putting some distance between us, I watched from the shadows as the heavy soldier stumbled upon the dead bodies I had left behind moments ago. Once the enemy gave up the search and started heading back to his post, I followed him silently. I positioned myself above him and delivered a lethal assassination from the air. I pushed further ahead and found two more soldiers; one was preoccupied with a map while the other was busy with some desk work. I took them both out with quick, successive assassinations. On a nearby table, I found the final piece of information I needed. It provided the exact location of Fazil's book, pointing me toward the outer balcony area. While heading for the balcony, I was intercepted by two more guards. I had planned to take them out stealthily, but they spotted me, forcing me into an open fight before I could proceed. At last, I found the lost book resting on a bench on the balcony. It contained the secret phrase I needed to whisper to the gatekeeper to finally get through that guarded door. Until next time, happy gaming. Note: The icon for the thumbnail is collected from steamgriddb.com

Clearing the Path.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/8fa1583b I bribed the assistant of Fazil for information on the hidden passage and scouted the rooftop gardener with Enkidu. After overhearing rumors of a lost book that might serve as a key, I infiltrated the library's upper floors. Using lures and stealth, I eliminated several guards but found my progress blocked by a heavy soldier. After getting the hint about the hidden passage, I went to talk to my target's assistant. He initially claimed to know nothing, but after I offered him some scholar tokens, he spilled the information I needed. I reached a gatekeeper who demanded a passcode to let me through. Since I didn't have it, he refused to allow me past the gate, forcing me to find another way in. I called Enkidu to scout the area for the gardener the scholars had mentioned earlier. Enkidu spotted him tending to a garden located on one of the high rooftops. Without heading for the gardener just yet, I reached the floor directly above the gatekeeper. I managed to eavesdrop on two men discussing a lost book belonging to Fazil, which sounded like it might be the key to opening that gate. I tried to slip inside to look for the book, but a soldier spotted me almost immediately. I had to make a quick escape and hide until the alert level went back down. Once the guards gave up their search, I returned to the area. I moved through the shadows and assassinated two soldiers who were blocking my initial path. I spotted another soldier who was relaxing on duty. I had to wait for the perfect opportunity to strike, as several other guards were patrolling uncomfortably close to his position. When the moment was right, I took him down silently. I quickly hid the body in a nearby cabin to ensure no passing patrols would stumble upon my work. I intentionally let one of the guards get a glimpse of me to draw him away from his post. When he came to investigate, I assassinated him from around a corner. I hid in a wooden box and tried whistling to lure the remaining soldier over. He didn't respond much to the noise, and I couldn't risk a direct approach because there was a heavy soldier standing right next to him. Until next time, happy gaming. A Missed Opportunity.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/a981e869 I explored the House of Wisdom, questioning the poet Arib and an astronomer before returning to Ahmad's workshop. After discovering ancient sketches with Nehal, I attended Fazil Fahim's lecture. However, news of recent assassinations caused Fazil to flee, forcing me to search for hidden passages beneath the library to track him down. While exploring Ahmad's workshop with Nehal, I started to feel a bit turned around, so I stepped out for a moment to clear my head. I took a second to scout the immediate area and marked a few points of interest nearby. I found the young poet Arib resting in the eastern outer courtyard. Basim approached him like a genuine fan of his work to see if he had any intel on the Order, but the man didn't seem to know anything of use. I headed back to join Nehal in the workshop. Once I took a closer look at the surroundings, I realized there were far more hidden details and documents to uncover than I had initially noticed. We found a large drawing that looked exactly like the mysterious object from the palace. It appeared to be a sketch taken directly from an ancient book, linking Fazil’s research to the Order's broader goals. Nehal tried to press Basim for the secrets he was keeping, but he insisted she didn't want to know the darkness involved with the Hidden Ones. She promised to stay close to him, serving as a reminder of who he was before he took the creed. Outside, Kahraman announced a slight delay to the lecture. I took the opportunity to speak with an elderly astronomer, as Basim suspected he might be one among the masked ones, but the old man remained tight lipped and didn't give anything away, other than astronomer knowledge. It finally sounded like the event was starting, so I returned to Kahraman, the chief servant. He allowed us into the hall where Fazil Fahim welcomed the crowd and began his lecture on humanity's ancient ancestors. Basim still wasn't 100% sure Fazil was the man behind the mask, but he prepared his hidden blade anyway. Just as he was about to move, a servant rushed in with news that Zahra and her son had been slain, prompting Fazil to flee for safety. With the lecture over and the target gone, I had to find where Fazil was hiding. I eavesdropped on some nearby speakers who mentioned rumors of hidden passages beneath the House of Wisdom and a rooftop gardener who knew the way. Until next time, happy gaming. The House of Wisdom's Hidden Rot.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/b40edcd7 I met with Tabid to report that the Order is using ancient texts to build a wicked device within the House of Wisdom. Suspecting the scholar Fazil Fahim is Al-Rabisu, I infiltrated the House of Wisdom. There, I reunited with Hunayn and followed Nehal into Ahmad ibn Musa's office to investigate what Nehal found. I had to talk to Tabid and report all the intel I gathered for our next target. After calling Enkidu to scout the area, I fast traveled close to the spot and noticed Tabid talking with someone on a rooftop near a bureau. I reached the rooftop just as the other man was leaving. Basim informed Tabid that the Order is using an ancient book to build a wicked device, proving that the corruption runs deep through the House of Wisdom. We discussed the next target, Al-Rabisu. Basim shared his suspicions that the great scholar Fazil Fahim is actually the man behind the mask, and Tabid agreed it was a strong possibility. Tabid mentioned the House of Wisdom would be hosting a great symposium soon. Basim was advised to spy on Fazil with care and avoid drawing his blade during the event, so I traveled to the House of Wisdom to begin. Inside, I met Kahraman, Fazil's personal assistant. He mentioned that Fazil's final lecture on the antediluvian antecedents of humanity would start soon, but I would have to wait for sometimes. While waiting, I was encouraged to enjoy the exotic delicacies and refreshments. Instead, I decided to explore the halls to find any hidden opportunities or clues that might lead me to Fazil. I ran into Hunayn, the man I saved earlier. He told me he simply couldn't stay away from his books for long and had returned to the library despite the risks. Suddenly, Nehal appeared and addressed Basim as "nine fingers." She said she had something important to show me, so I started following her through the crowded corridors. Nehal led me into Ahmad ibn Musa's office, noting that Ahmad and his brothers are famous for designing fantastic devices. I began looking around the room to see what interesting secrets she had discovered. Until next time, happy gaming.

The Reunion with Ahmad.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/67257d67 I investigated Dr. Hassan's involvement with the Order at the Bimaristan. After stealing a key from the head nurse and discovering a mask in Hassan's office, I infiltrated the locked laboratory via a rooftop window. I assassinated Hassan and found the missing brother, Ahmad, before making a quiet escape. While exploring for clues about Dr. Hassan, I overheard a nurse discussing a patient with a broken finger who had gone mad after his treatment. It was clear something disturbing was happening behind the scenes at the medical facility. I located the door to Dr. Hassan's private chamber. It was locked, but a note left nearby hinted that I would need to find the head nurse if I required access. I tracked down the head nurse inside the male ward. After successfully stealing the key from her, I finally gained entry to Dr. Hassan's chamber to see what he was hiding. As I explored the room, I discovered a hidden mask. This was the definitive proof I needed that Hassan was neck-deep in the Order's dark business. I had to eavesdrop on several doctors to pinpoint Hassan's exact location. They mentioned that he kept his laboratory strictly locked up, away from the rest of the staff. I reached the library door but found no way in. However, I picked up a clue about a broken window on the rooftop that was scheduled for repair, giving me a potential way to sneak into the laboratory. On my way to the roof, I ran into a guard who had somehow survived my earlier patrol. I made sure to take him down this time so he wouldn't interfere with my business. I climbed through the broken window and spotted Dr. Hassan directly below, busy operating on a body. I didn't hesitate and took him out with a precise air assassination. Immediately after the kill, the missing brother, Ahmad, appeared. He was shocked to see that Basim had already dealt with the doctor. Ahmad explained he had been called to help with what he thought was a war effort, unaware of the Order's true nature. Basim offered him a deal of mutual silence to protect them both, and Ahmad quickly left the laboratory. With the mission complete, I prepared to leave the Bimaristan. Before heading out, I called Enkidu to get this fantastic aerial view of the area and captured the moment. Until next time, happy gaming. Clearing the Perimeter.
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=paarvez/5ba8e217 After infiltrating the far side of the palace, I cleared out guards and spearmen through a mix of stealth and melee. Then after taking down several groups, including a squad of gossiping guards using my special abilities, I secured the perimeter. I searched for clues regarding Dr. Hassan in a locked chamber but found only treasure. I moved to the other side of the palace and took down a guard. I had to stay low immediately after, as a spearman was already moving in to investigate the body while another guard patrolled nearby. While I was focused on taking out the spearman as he checked the corpse, I completely missed a guard sitting on a bench nearby. He spotted me mid-action, blowing my cover for a moment. I let the guard think I was fleeing to draw him away from his post. Once I had him at a safe distance from the others, I turned around and finished him in a quick melee struggle. I found two guards stationed at the edge of the troop area. I managed to assassinate the first one silently before the second could react, then finished the survivor with a few heavy strikes. This fight could have been much tougher due to the enemy types present, but I made the strongest target my priority for the initial assassination. This left only the weaker guards for me to mop up in melee. I spotted three guards gossiping in the shadows. I dropped in and assassinated one instantly; the other two were caught completely off guard, and it was a pleasure taking them both down before they could call for help. I came across a group of four guards and expected a heavy-hitter among them, but they were all regular troops. I used my special ability to chain-kill two from the shadows and wiped out the remaining two in a matter of seconds. With the area finally clear of threats, I climbed down into the main perimeter. It felt good to know I was safe to explore now that every guard in the immediate vicinity had been dealt with. My main goal was finding the doctor, but clues were scarce. I discovered a locked chamber and hoped it held information on Dr. Hassan, but after finding an alternative way inside, I realized it was just a hoard of loot with no documents to be found. Until next time, happy gaming. Note: The icon for the thumbnail is collected from steamgriddb.com
