Parsha Perspectives on Mental Health

While there is a massive increase nowadays in mental health awareness, Judaism has been aware of the complexities of mental health from time immemorial. Hillel Mirvis considers the ways in which themes drawn from the weekly Parsha may be redolent of his clinical experience as a child & adolescent psychotherapist, and indeed, also considers how these timeless themes illuminate our understanding of the seemingly ever-increasing crisis in mental health today.
