There Are Two Versions of You — And You Get to Choose
In this episode I speak directly to the woman who feels tired, overwhelmed and quietly wondering, “Is something wrong with me — or am I just in the wrong rhythm?” I explore the idea that two versions of you are always present. One lives in the past — overthinking, replaying, waiting to be rescued, exhausting herself trying to feel safe. The other is the version who decides, even gently, to move forward — not perfectly, but honestly. We talk about why doing more often keeps the nervous system stuck, how slowing down can feel dangerous when you were taught that worth equals effort, and why real healing begins with learning to feel safe enough to change. This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about choosing which voice you will follow today — and understanding that a single decision can open a new direction for your life. For every low, there is always a high.
After we experience an energetic shift or an emotional breakthrough, we often feel amazing in the moment. But then, a day or two later, reality sets in, and we’re hit with this wave of exhaustion, sadness, or emotional confusion. This happens because we’re integrating new energy, and our system needs time to adjust. It’s almost like a detox—things come up, and it can feel uncomfortable. Mini Sound Bath
In today’s episode I’m sharing a mini sound bath for you to enjoy it. A couple of tips - pause whatever you are doing, make sure you not driving too, take a couple of nice deep breaths to centre your awareness and bring your mind to now. - place one hand on your heart and one on your belly - try to listen this to the end, some of the sounds (especially my voice) will go dissonant at some times. If this trigger you, breathe through it. Enjoy!
