Permission to Change Podcast

Permission to Change, with Jenn Phipps a multi passionate entrepreneur, taking a hard look at what is really up with the folks who seem to want to do it ALL when they grow up. By learning more about this genetic wiring perhaps there can be an acceptance that nothing is wrong with this way of thinking and begin to recognize the importance of these types of thinkers in our world. The main goals are to shed awareness so that multi-passionate people can stop feeling like there is something wrong with them or that they need to change and can instead start embracing that they have a remarkable multi-talented brain. Is it a challenge to fit in?

In this mini solo episode Jenn shares what it is like trying to fit in as a multi-passionate. One of the hardest parts of being a multi- passionate person in a linear society is that we are often misunderstood. This makes us feel judged and we start to doubt ourselves. There are very few resources for thinkers like us. The education system is set up to find and follow a pretty straight path. Deviation is rarely celebrated and often highly discouraged. This means we have to be brave and have thick skin to break out of the mold and be true to ourselves.  Listen as all these things are explored and ways to overcome them and be a source of knowledge and enlightenment to others are shared. If you have questions or topics you want covered please reach out using the form below.
