Physiology in Sports Nutrition Webinar Series
by SDA
Welcome to the pre-learning activities for this physiology webinar series. The pre-learning tasks ensure that everyone is on the same page prior to the main webinars, and gives the webinar presenters a level of expected knowledge. Many SDA members are already extremely familar with exercise physiology concepts, and completion of these pre-learning activities is not mandatory. Others however may not have received much physiology training since their Dietetics degress and the Sports Nutrition Course, and this will provide a usual refresher. Much of the content is derived from the current online Sports Nutrition Course with a small number of updates and additions, so if you're completed the online course recently you may not need to complete these modules.
