Today is a historic day in America. For the first time in American history, a New York jury has just unanimously found Donald J Trump guilty on 34 felony counts. This trial was called the Stormy Daniels hush money trial, but it was much more than that. It was an effort to defraud voters, by paying to conceal information that may have been a deciding factor in electing Trump as president. Lying, paying hush money, and then covering it up, to win an election, was the real crime. This is a short podcast, done on the fly, on my ipad. I have been suffering severe vocal inflammation since having Covid. I hope to resume podcasting once I recover. Thank you to the few listeners who have stuck with me.

October 3rd, 2023 Kevin McCarthy was ousted as speaker of the house by nine other than Matt Gaetz. In this podcast I will discuss the sequence of events leading up to the ousting, who potential candidates are, and one name floated by Fox host Sean Hannity, that could spell trouble, if it actually happens. I'll be honest. I delve into conspiracy theory territory, but you never know, in this whacky political landscape! In part 2, I'll talk about the speaker votes, and if any progress has been made.

Our three branches of government have been infiltrated by a corrupt, two party political system, that uses lies, disinformation, and psychological warfare to manipulate and brainwash voters. Furthermore, the speaker of the house may be under the influence of blackmail and extortion by extremists who claim to have a secret contract, binding the speaker to do their bidding. Will our three branches of government do what our founders intended, which was to root out tyranny and corruption at all cost, to save our democracy?

Our founders created a constitution for a centralized government, free from political party corruption. They divided our government into three, separate but equal branches of government, and created checks and balances, based on the principals of separation of powers. Those principals of separation of powers are in jeopardy today, as our two political parties continuously vie for absolute power.
