Episode 8, Should We Run for County Commissioner… or Stay in Our Lane?

Santa Rosa County, Navarre, Pensacola… this is home, and this conversation matters more than people think. Local politics is where real decisions get made, the kind that shape our growth, our neighborhoods, and our future. We care about smart growth, transparency, and making sure our community is protected while still moving forward. So yes, we’re talking about county commissioner, leadership, and what it really takes to serve. This isn’t noise, this is real talk about what matters right here on the Emerald Coast. #SantaRosaCounty #NavarreFL #PensacolaFlorida #LocalPolitics #CountyCommission #CommunityMatters #GrowthDoneRight #VoteLocal #EmeraldCoast #RealTalk Thanks for listening to Pour Decisions. Episode 7 - Anniversary, Alcohol & Algorithms

This one felt like a reset we didn’t even realize we needed. We got away for our anniversary, and somewhere between the wine tastings, the quiet moments, and just being together, we actually put our phones down… like really put them down. No constant scrolling, no checking notifications, no half-listening while pretending to be present. And you know what? It changed everything. We laughed more, talked more, connected in a way that reminded us of what all of this is actually about. In this episode, we’re talking about our trip, the wine, and what happens when you unplug long enough to see each other again. And yes, we’re also calling ourselves out… because getting back home and picking those phones back up is a whole different story. Thanks for listening to Pour Decisions. Episode 6 - Toothpaste, Tension & Taking Care of Mom and Dad

There is a moment in life that no one really prepares you for. It is when the people who raised you slowly start needing you. Not in big dramatic ways at first, but in small everyday moments that somehow feel heavier than anything else.In this episode of Pour Decisions, we talk about what that really looks like in our lives right now. David shares what it is like caring for his 98-year-old father. The routines, the responsibility, and the quiet reality of watching someone you love age right in front of you. It is not always easy, and it is not always talked about, but it is real.I open up about my mom, who is 89 and in assisted living. The constant thoughts that run through your mind. Am I doing enough. Am I making the right decisions. How do you balance your own life, your business, your marriage, and still show up the way you want to for your parent. There is a lot of love in it, but there is also guilt, pressure, and moments that catch you off guard. We also talk about hitting 20 years of marriage. Because when you are in this season of life, your relationship shifts too. You lean on each other in different ways. You see each other differently. And somehow, you keep showing up together through all of it.And because this is us, we do not stay serious the whole time. David goes off on why he does not trust self-driving cars, which somehow makes perfect sense when you think about everything else, we are navigating. And yes, we even end up talking about brushing our teeth in the shower. Because life is not just heavy. It is also weird, funny, and completely unpredictable. If you are taking care of a parent, or you know this season is coming, this episode will feel familiar. You are not the only one figuring it out as you go.Pour a glass and come sit with us. Thanks for listening to Pour Decisions. Pour Decisions - Episode 3 - Third Time's a Charm (Or a Warning)

They say the third time’s a charm… but we’re not entirely convinced. In Episode 3 of Pour Decisions: Life, Love, Business & Wine, we’re recapping our Mardi Gras weekend in Pensacola — where beads were flying, drinks were flowing, and somehow, we still managed to talk real estate in the middle of a parade.Because when you’re a married couple in business, there is no “off” switch. We break down the chaos, the networking that happens whether you plan it or not, the moments that make you question your life choices, and why business conversations follow us everywhere...even during Mardi Gras. We also dive into how tech is changing the way we operate behind the scenes and what that really means for entrepreneurs like us.It’s real. It’s sarcastic. It’s a little unhinged in places. And it’s exactly what happens when you mix marriage, Mardi Gras, and mortgages. If you love honest conversations about life, love, business, and a little bit of madness; you’re in the right place.Subscribe, comment, and pour wisely.#PourDecisionsPodcast #ThirdTimesACharm #MarriedAndMortgaged #MardiGrasWeekend #PensacolaLiving #EntrepreneurCouple #RealEstateLife #LifeLoveBusinessWine Thanks for listening to Pour Decisions. Episode 2 - This is Us.

Episode 2 is where things start to get real. If Episode 1 was the warm-up, this is the “so who are these people?” moment. We talk about how we met, how we somehow decided working together was a good idea, and how wine became both a hobby and a personality trait. It’s marriage, money, business, and a whole lot of honesty—served with sarcasm, laughter, and probably a questionable pour. No filters, no pretending we have it all figured out, just real life, real conversations, and real pour decisions. Consider this our origin story, with better wine and worse judgment. Thanks for listening to Pour Decisions.
