Ramped Up

Ramped Up is the name of a brand new podcast made by Joel Sprouse and Julia Sienko. As young adults who have used wheelchairs for our entire lives, we have plenty of experiences to share - from bullying in primary school, to head-butting a metal box at 15 mph.But of course, disability is far more than wheelchairs. 20% of the world have some form of disability so there is a good chance you have one. If so, we'd love to speak to you about your experiences.
