Hello. I am a Canadian singer-songwriter from White Rock, B.C. I've seen a life of music mostly from behind the strings of a bass guitar. In 2009 I began to study guitar and songwriting. I like to think my music is intimate and earnest , with compelling grooves andmelody. I like to balance reflection and seriousness with a sprinkle of gentle humour.I am currently wrapping up production of my first EP of acoustic - oriented originals, called Marwood's Music.

All that money that was "lost" in the financial crisis of 08/09 went somewhere. The stock market is no longer about investing, but more like a casino driven by futures, derivatives, and instantaneous electronic trading. H.A.L. has taken over!

It's a lively, acoustic, social commentary dealing with the amazing events of late and the level of uncertainty in our world today. I think the best way to handle it all is to work on our own inner self, while keeping an ear to the ground on what's really going on.
