In this episode, I talk about my experience moving to a new country and what it has been like for me transitioning from 2021 to 2022. I also highlight on my experience talking to a counsellor recently and why it's alright to always reach out to a third party that can give you a new insight to whatever situation you're going through.

I'll be discussing a little bit about a concept I came up with- Awareness, Affirmation and Action. I call it the Triple A to help guide on why awareness is kò longer enough in battling mental illnesses.

Nigerians feel entitled to ask others about their weight, without understanding how sensitive a topic like that can be and affect the person addressed. Weight stigma is a crippling feeling that people struggling with their weight deal with on a daily basis. Here, I share my experiences and talk about why the 'Nigerian way' is a myth only done to hide the pain and trauma we feel when forced under the spotlight

Diving into the world of social media, I'll be sharing my experience and opinion about how social media can consume someone mentally.
