Amy Gault is the Director and Trainer at Splat Training — a health and safety and first aid training company she set up 11 years ago after being made redundant. Before that, Amy spent most of her working life as an Outdoor Leader, teaching everything from climbing and canoeing to mountain walking, DofE, archery, and loads more. These days, she brings that same outdoorsy, hands-on energy into the training room, where she’s all about learning through doing — not sitting still and trying to memorise things. Amy believes first aid training should never feel like a tick-box exercise, and she’s passionate about making it practical, engaging, and actually enjoyable, so people leave feeling confident and ready to help in real life.
