Shining a light into the spaces we often shy away from to lighten the shame load that too many of us carry. You can expect to hear imperfect,  raw stories that are incredibly authentic, questionable opinions, the owning of mistakes, occasional disagreements and plenty of inappropriate humour. She Is Seen the Podcast isn’t about sugar coating and glossing over lived experiences.
