Show Up and Glow Up is originally an IGTv episodes where Mia shows up to speak about issues that surfaced while showering, taking a dump, washing the dishes, doing the groceries and inspired by random conversations she has with people. The series is also a way of her documenting her own healing journey and sharing her thoughts and downloads she received during the process.
