So You Think You Can Die

This is not a medical show it is a human one. For nearly two decades I have lived inside moments most people experience once-or never see at all. I’ve worked as a hospice nurse in private homes, inpatient hospice units, crisis care. I have led teams, marketing teams, educated communities on death and dying. I have cared for dying children. I was the night nurse rushing to patient’s homes in the middle of the night when they couldn’t breathe. I’ve supported patients who took a year to die, some that have taken an hour to die. However, through it all there has been wonderful meaningful life.
